This is horrible. I would rather walk in to the dmv in the middle of the day then continue this treacherous wait. I would probably be served quicker at the dmv. I want to walk in the back and see if they have some one-legged sloths cooking food back there. It's been an hour and we are still waiting!! Just received our food and it is not good. Most dishes are cold. We noticed like 15 dishes just sitting on the line not being served. The food is not good. This will be the last time I come to this restaurant

Came at midnight for my dad’s birthday treat and I wish I got our host’s name because he was absolutely the best!!! He made sure we were accommodated in every way! Any questions? I normally don’t leave reviews but was pleasantly surprised by the services I had received.Seeing all the reviews I was skeptical but decided to still give it a shot.My waitress was Araceli and she was very attentive and had great customer service.She had recommended me the Breakfast sampler and once again I was surprised by the taste. I’ve seen a lot of mix reviews but overall a great experience and would/will come again!!

The team at Ihop never fails to impress. My experience with Araceli was smooth and comfortable, and the customer service was truly outstanding, great food.
This was my first time at this location and I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. Everything was going fine. I was seated right away, the food was delicious but as I poured my 3rd cup of coffee a dead fly came out of the coffee pot. I was disgusted and notified the waitress. She said she was going to talk to the manager and as I’m waiting for her return I noticed a tiny white bug come out of the coffee pot and back into it. I immediately started recording because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. When the waitress returned she said and I quote “I talked to my manager and I’m sorry we can’t do nothing about it”. When she was done talking I showed her the video and told her I was not paying then she proceeded with “thats fine, my manager said we’ll comp the whole meal.” Mind you she never returned back to talk to the manager. Overall, I’m glad I didn’t have to pay but the whole experience is traumatizing and I can’t stop thinking about it.

Food is OK, however, the customer service is hit or miss. Wait times are up & down. Not very good communication from staff regarding wait times. Possibly call customers out of order. Shortage of cooks affects customer wait time
