This in n out is usually great. I've never had a problem until lately. Customer service has not been what I expect from In n Out. Today the person taking my order in the drive thru didn't let me complete my order before she sent it in so I had to do 2 orders. She told me they would combine my orders at the pay window which just confused them and the person at the pick up window. Picked up my order and it was wrong.

This In-N-Out will always receive 5 stars from me. The service is amazing. They always smile and are polite even when the lines are outrageous! The long line of cars is always delt with swiftly as well.Parking: Sometimes parking can be rough from what I see, but I normally always use drive-thru.Kid-friendliness: They offer hats and stickers, which is always a plus!Wheelchair accessibility: They meet the ADA requirements for wheel chair accessibility

So upset with the customer service at this location. I ordered an onion wrapped Flying Dutchman burger and they just gave me two patties with cheese. So I went back and they just threw some grilled onions on top not what I expected. The assistant manager Monessie didn’t care to check to see if my order was correct very bad customer service.
