So I had initially gone to the McDonald's across from this establishment but because it was close ((I guess they open at 5am, it was 4:54am )) so since I am a frequent visitor to my local Jack in the Box I decided to go there ((here)). I ordered a 23 which is the Loaded Sourdough Breakfast and when leaving the place I just wrapped the top of the bag to keep food warm till I got to my destination which was like 12 minutes away .... when arriving I opened the bag and I knew I should of check but the hash brown looked like it had been sitting in the oil until it was packaged......coffee tasted like they put the grounds of coffee in it ((like the saying goes it tasted like dirty socks)) now I don't know how often they filter the oil but just by looking at this so called hash brown not very often... it is very disappointing to go to a place and look forward to eating your favorite meal and the only thing that's good was the sandwich..... I hope that my experience helps anyone who is paying full price to look at their food before driving away and make sure it's up to your satisfaction.

Recently they installed kiosks to order your food. If you are using a card to pay, it's all good. If your are paying cash, they just ignore you. I've been waiting for about 15 minutes to pay for my order. Should I just leave?

Made a online offer picked it up in 5 minutes and everything, jr jumbo jack and mixed fries , were both cold I asked the associate about it telling him the foods cold and he just looked at me very unconcerned and said it was just made fresh when ordered, im like but how ? I can show the time of order and arrival, isn't my dissatisfaction a concern, he just walked away, smh.
This jack in the box has the friendliest crew. I love the attitude of the graveyard employee that helped me tonight. Despite they were short staffed and had a lot of customers, she was very nice and had a big smile on her face.
