The atmosphere and food are ok but service sucked I had more than 8 individual tacos and asked for 8 BBQ sauces cause me and my kids can’t handle hot sauce it causes stomach pain for us she said she will give me 4 and charge me 25 cents each for the last 4. Seeing as it is for a health issue it shouldn’t have been a problem but was!! My kids and me use that instead of taco sauce packets. They are the first Jack n box to charge me. All other Jack n boxes never give me this problem. This is the only one so if you get a lot of sauces definitely don’t get here you may get charged and even if she gave me 1 sauce per item this is a fair amount seeing as we use BbQ sauce as taco sauce. Also drive thru is along wait.

The service when ordering and getting my food was great. The food was alright, and the restaurant was mostly clean. However, the soda machine was very dirty. During the hour I spent there, I asked 3 employees politely if they could send someone to clean it, but the machine never got cleaned.

10/21/24 8 pm store #175 My granddaughters and I stop a few times a month after karate class to eat. I Don't like to complain... I do customer service too! But 3 times in rows my granddaughter did not get all the nuggets?? ?? Kids do count things. ??Especially cause they share. ? So unexcusable. Once ok. But times 3????♀️What would you do??♀️ I had to say something ???

You can have grilled cheese on sourdough, but add a tomato ... delicious! Fries good too and not over salted. Great service!

Was told to go around to the drive-thru just add two more burgers to my order. Then had the nerve to call the police and say she felt threatened. Because I asked how driving around made sense if she's standing next to the register taking orders.
It is a very good fast food place, very good prices and quick service. There are promotions during the seasons where local baseball, football, and basketball teams play. Many dynamics such as points for purchases, promotions.

Server left drink unattended. AC was off. Lobby drink machine looked broken. No garbage can by door. Paper towels empty in the restroom. I've never seen a Jack in the Box in such poor condition.
