The new generation is all about mobile orders and kiosk. Looking for any help, it's gonna be a minute. If your running short on time don't go her during after school hours. The wait for carryout mobile food will take some time. If your doing drive through, than no problem it should be faster because they always help drive through out before anyone doing walk in carryout.

Forced to wait about 15 minutes in the drive thru only to be given the most stale and disgusting tacos imaginable. This was on Monday 7/28 at about 11 am. Young guy I’ve never seen before couldn’t even bother asking if I wanted any condiments. Terrible service

I just don't understand how they are still in business with those prices. Way too expensive and not all that tasty. I asked for a deal that was going on. It cost me $13 for it. Wont make that mistake twice.

We stopped here for a quick bite. Service was terrible. Bathrooms are extremely dirty. Tables were all messy and there was no one in the lobby!

Overall, it was good. Service was friendly but took a while. The Swiss Buttery Jack and curly fries were good. As were the Mini Tacos and Banana French Toast.

Why is it called a 6 dollar meal deal when it costs 7 dollars?

Enjoyed my breakfast burrito and ice coffee, while, My grandkids enjoy the jack in a box breakfast platter. We order that all the time. Thank you Jack in box.

I came through the drive-thru after midnight on New Year’s Day, was so happy they were open because my friend and I were hungry. I got the teriyaki bowl without chicken and it was so good! Even though I didn’t eat it until about 30 minutes after I got it, it was still hot! The rice is really fluffy and the veggies were fresh and steamy. I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be a teriyaki sauce if I didn’t get the chicken, but it was good nonetheless. Price wasn’t bad, for a #4 and the bowl it was under $25.

Disorganized and not enough people working maybe mangement should allow enough hours to have multiple on busy days because the wait time for inside dining is wild.
