Service was excellent everyone was very attentive food came out quick and it was nice and fresh. The restaurant was a kind of dirty not too many clean tables to set up. But we were able to find some. The bathrooms were also very dirty. That is why I gave it a low rating on the atmosphere

The lady was so rude she doesn’t know how to work clearly and needs to get fired this is the second time she has taken my order and was just very rude she needs to learn how to speak to customer don’t know her name nor do I want to just because of how rude she was the lady that brought my food when she told me to park in 1 is always so nice and so sweet but the lady at the window need to find a new job cause clearly this one ain’t it for her.

Sometimes the employees have a little bit of negativity or judgment against certain patrons that come in for example: the less fortunate or the homeless that come and spend their money just like everybody else. I've noticed this attitude towards certain patrons on multiple ocations visiting this Jack in the box. I myself have been in that same boat in my life and to be treated LESS THAN at a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. They are human beings just like the rest of us and deserve respect specially if they show nothing but kindness and respect towards everybody else.

Guys, I should read reviews before placing my order, and stay away from your place.... That's horrible. 1. The lady on the order desk made a mistake placing teriyaki chicken (#15) instead of Salad combo (#16). 2. All your tables are dirty and sticky, all of them!!! There are no people in the restaurant, what's the problem with taking care of it? 3. Teriyaki chicken and rice are terrible tasting.

Dyan S. Is the one of the best drive thru workers they have. She is friendly and she always greets me with a smile. I'm always so great full to see Dyan in the morning. They choose a great employee. All I can say is thank you Jack N Box.
I've rated this 4 or 5 after a prior visit. Here I am at 12 midnight, needing food. I place the order and almost lose my voice, yelling into the speaker it's not working well, but the main reason I'm leaving positive feedback is, idk how the doing it, it's like voodoo or something...I was the only car in the drive thru I place my order of a combo meal churros and a large shake. By the time I left the speaker and drove right to the second window, the entire order was ready. It was that quick. The food is good and reliable.
This place stays busy never without customers BUT it's not really clean in the back where they prepare the food 😞 the dinning area is kinda clean however it's sometimes full of homeless people or those that are mentally unstable if some sort but the food has gotten me sick more then once sooooooo it's a NO Mama'
Love the food. Service personal should pay more attention to detail. For example, I'm a diabetic. I request Coke Zero, often I'm given regular coke or diet coke and not Coke zero. Both regular coke and diet coke raise my glucose level, where Coke Zero does not effect me negatively. Thus I can not trust s4vice personnel to pay attention to .y health needs. Please give customer exactly what they request.
