I ordered on the app, i didn't like that can't substitute the bun for lettuce wrap... it took them to give me my order about 20 minutes 😒 even when the app said 10 minutes, i didn't get my drink, i did not like that i had to tell them to make my burger lettuce wrap, after waiting over the 20minutes i got my food then my fries were cold and kind of saggy so i asked them if i can get fresh fries... the lady that took the cold fries from me it seemed that she didn't like that i told her that the fries wete cold.. she didn't even apologized... then i did get fresh fries... but my other food was getting cold... also the dinning area needed to be clean... not too happy with this place...

The Girls that work Drive-thru rushed me to take my order and rushed to give me my food. I pull up and she didn't repeat my order just asked for money. she then hands me a OVER filled soda that is Leaking all around the cup. I asked for a napkin she just says sorry and gives me one. instead of taking the drink to clean it and empty it a little. what's hard about filling a cup up to the point its not going to over fill. SLOW DOWN AND STOP RUSHING.

around 9-10 am this morning i ordered the Jack Wrap which i get every other time i visit this fast food place. but today…was different, it had RAW chicken and im sure i now have food poisoning. i felt sick to my stomach as i clocked into work. hella chorro (diarrhea) and just been throwing up almost my whole shift. because of this incident from today 6/17, i will be taking a break from fast food, especially from Jack in the Box.

Breakfast burrito is normally wrapped in a foil wrap anjud keeps it warmer. Unfortunately today it was just wrapped in paper, no foil wrapper, and the burrito was cold when I got home. My husband was very disappointed.

The person that took my order and served it in the drive through is not trained well. And that’s saying something regarding the fact she seemed to be management. She did not pay attention while I was ordering. I had to repeat myself multiple times for each item I added. She specifically repeated my order before I drove off to the window and she still didn’t give me my munchie meal correctly. There is no point in wasting the gas to drive back to get my order correct and to top it off she gave me cherry coke when I asked for coke and she repeated coke back to me. This was today between 10:40 am to 11am. Why is the service that bad????
