They really need to have better management! No one in the front to take our order for about 20 minutes! It is crazy! Friday 5pm I know it’s busy but there should always have a person upfront taking orders! Not to mention all the employees just looking at the costumers waiting in line and sounding like crickets not a hi their be right with you or anything! If you’re hungry and in a rush don’t come here!

THIS LOCATION IS LIKE ALL THe OTHER LOCATIONS UNPROFESSIONAL MANGERS AND EMPLOYEES SO MUCH ATTITUDE. Orders incorrect. Bu everyone get payed over $20 an hour is wild.

Hit and miss with the food. I once got a jack wrap and the flour tortilla was chewy and another day tacos which had soggy old lettuce.

Great food, but the Service is not very good. I use the app to have my food ready when I get to the store, and today I had to wait 15 minutes for an order that should have been ready when I got there. Do better Jack in The box, this was a Sunday afternoon at 3:00, so it was not a very busy time.

As someone who lives down the street, I eat here quite a bit & almost every time I go, they always screw up my order in such small and silly ways. The drive though folks are so nice too, I just wish they could get my order right?

I gave this location 5 stars for the great service the young lady provided. You could just tell that she was good at her job and took pride in it. The food and atmosphere were no better or worse than other locations.

Great customer service. I went through the drive through with my dog and the woman at the drive thru window was super sweet! She gave my pup a “pup cup!” I didn’t even know they did this at Jack in the Box! Way to go above and beyond. Thank you.The ultimate breakfast sandwiches were really good, but I also tried the breakfast burrito and I don’t enjoy it so much- kind of dry. I’ll stick to the sandwich next time. That bread is yummy!
