Jack In The Box

The Jack in The Box people forgot to give me fries. I payed to get three fries and they gave me two. I was very disappointed when I came home and checked my bag. This has happened multiple times to me when I buy Jack in The Box. My request is to check people's orders before you put them in the bag. Do better next time.

I recently visited this location and ordered a combo with regular fries. I was told they were out of regular fries but could order curly fries for an additional cost. Of course I didn’t want to pay the additional cost since I didn’t even want the curly fries in the first place so I asked what could I get that wouldn’t cost me more money and I was told nothing. Anything that I chose would be on an additional cost, even though they were the ones out of regular fries. And if I choose no fries at all the price would not be reduced. I wasn’t happy with this answer and end up paying the additional amount but what I felt bad for was the workers. I know people had to be blowing up on them for this ridiculous response. Do better Jack N the Box you are a multi million dollar company you don’t need the customers FREE money to pad your bank accounts. And have your workers on the mainline deal with upset customers for such a silly greedy reason.

I live across the street im never eating jack in the box elbut when i do they always never have anything there like for the past week there hasnt been and drinks ??

They are ALWAYS out of something & they don’t check the app orders before giving them out. I’ve been SOL because of this place more than once. As a mom it’s VERY FRUSTRATING when you don’t have enough food to feed your kids and lost out on money because you paid for that food.

They take care of you right away the food is better than McDonald's even cheaper there is always a place to sit in the employees are friendly

I walked in and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged me or offered to take my order. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you” nothing. Just completely ignored. Customer service was seriously lacking, and it felt like I wasn’t even welcome. If you’re short-staffed or busy, at least let people know instead of having them stand there wondering what’s going on

Ordered two large shakes, two sides of churros, and birria tacos through the Jack in the Box app. Birria tacos were horrible. Bland, cold, soggy. Churros were put into one box rather than two. At least those tasted fine. However, I went on a Sunday night, and they had NO SHAKES due to them “cleaning the machine”, so NO SHAKES were available. All they offered was writing my name down to return at a different date to get shakes back when they did have the shakes. As well as Shift Leader who was in charge did NOT care. Anyone could tell they did not care about anything. Her cashier who was a gentlemen on the bigger size was also just as rude as his Shift Leader. They got a phone call and they disregarded the customer like nothing. She also took about 10-20 minutes just to get us our two churros and birria tacos. Very disappointed in this location. Will not be coming back. Possibly will just be coming back for my two owed large shakes and never returning. Very disappointed.

I ordered my food on the app by the time I got there it was ready. Fresh food and nice crunchy fries. Clean tables and fast service.
