The Jack in The Box people forgot to give me fries. I payed to get three fries and they gave me two. I was very disappointed when I came home and checked my bag. This has happened multiple times to me when I buy Jack in The Box. My request is to check people's orders before you put them in the bag. Do better next time.

Great food, but the Service is not very good. I use the app to have my food ready when I get to the store, and today I had to wait 15 minutes for an order that should have been ready when I got there. Do better Jack in The box, this was a Sunday afternoon at 3:00, so it was not a very busy time.

As someone who lives down the street, I eat here quite a bit & almost every time I go, they always screw up my order in such small and silly ways. The drive though folks are so nice too, I just wish they could get my order right?
