I was working in san diego NATIONAL CITY... and let me tell ya... BIG DIFFERENCE !!! while in san diego i had the turkey & provolone.... Mike's way rosemary bread... was the best sandwich I have ever had . came back home and this location is by my house so I was like man... I want another one like that. ordered it and it wasn't even COMPARABLE.... SAN DIEGO WHOOPED THEM SO HARD. SAN DIEGOS ROSEMARY BREAD HAD SO MUCH HERBS 🌿 AND SEASONING RATHER AS OF with this location... their rosemary bread barley had any color, barley had anything on it at that. in San Diego they stacked it with turkey where with this location they were stingy. also with this location in moreno valley... I asked for Mike's way and they for forgot the damn red vinegar... like I wasn't going to recognize that. my sandwich looked like a hott mess where as in SD it looked like it was from a magazine. this place sucks....

They cancelled the order. They actually cannot provide a free regular sub to every order. Don't offer something you cannot actually provide the public. Lack of skilled workers or lack of supplies. Thursday. 2PM. Gonna make my own sandwiches and so should everybody else.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s. Shortly after purchasing a sandwich, ordering at the wrong location and asking for a refund. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and refused to accommodate my request. The interaction was unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer.

I’ve always believed in supporting businesses that value their customers, but based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location or ordering from Jersey Mike’s again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service going forward.

Why does the store smell like a sewer. I didn't feel comfortable ordering.

2 large subs +PEPSI AND CHIPS =$49.98…. Very Expensive and way overpriced . Never again.

I have been to this location ... times now and gave it benefit of the doubt didnt make review because the employees are so attentive and kind but in all honesty there is a fly problem here when you sit or to order flys are everywhere. Sit to enjoy fight flies off or even order there on condiment bacon ect see flies for me 1 star

I ordered online, got my food as soon as I walked in. The girl wasn't super happy or anything but...it's fast food lol I just need her to do her job and not be mean which was what I got. The food was delicious!!! Definitely will be coming back.

Me and the wife go there and order the manager special. Comes with a sandwich. We ordered the Italian with chips. Add 2 drinks. We think it's a lot better than Subway.

The staff here are fantastic! They are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and efficient while preparing our sandwiches. All of them were delicious, and the customer service was top-notch.

Only customer ordering when I walked in. Took 21 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. 1 hot sandwich 1 cold. Crazy

How do you not see your out of any bread ! And then ask people to wait 45 min for new one. Horrible especially if u order online 👎👎 new manager please

I'm a big fan of Jersey Mike's sandwiches, just not this location. This location is close to my work and I've use the app to order lunch a few times. However despite ordering online, my order is NEVER ready when I arrive at the time it's supposed to be ready. They always seem to start the order after I arrive. Also when ordering multiple sandwiches, I always enter the name of who it's for in the space provided in the app. But this location never labels the sandwiches, requiring us to open all the sandwiches to see which sandwich is whose. I always use the Jersey Mike's app to order, and seemingly this location I always have issues with. Food is of consistent quality, but the service here is just bad. Poor management and adherence to procedures, and there are several other reviews of poor service of this location. I'll probably remove Jersey Mike's from my list of options for lunch during the week.

I didn't know I had to pay a premium for crappy service and attitude.

Management, if you're going to charge $17 for a medium sandwich for small bag of chips and a small drink, you better make sure that you are giving customers what they paid for and expect.

My review echoes my expectations based upon your pricing. Keep this up and your stars will go down.

I just visited your store for two regular sandwiches on wheat bread. After arriving home and began to eat, the bread was as crunchy as a cracker. It's so disappointing. With the high cost of food EVERYWHERE you go, it would be a real treat to pay $ 23.00 for food and not all of it is fresh.

The price of the food was ar a premium. Some of the tables were sticky and dirty with food and drink residue. They had ambient music and halfway decent decor, yet posters were thrown up to block the windows' view. The food itself was what I describe as bleh. Let me explain, I have been to New Jersy sub shops. I know a good Italian sub. What I was served was hot, but the taste was kind of lacking. It was supposed to have jalapeños, didnt taste that or any spiciness. It had melted cheese, icken, and onions, yet these all merged into an amalgamation that had the consistency of tuna fish and tasted about as bland. I will keep seeking out other sub venues, as this one did not impress except to say the 'sub' came hot.
