Jersey Mike's Subs

Manager was rude when I asked for my sandwhich to be cut. I could barely hear the cashier, dine in was a mess. I had to clean my table, didn't look like there was a single clean table in the whole place. Restroom didn't have toilet paper. Enjoyed the food, doubt I'll be back to the Jersey Mike's

Idk why these workers get a hair up their asses when you ask for ranch 🙄
If I just paid 20$ for a damn sub I should be allowed to ask for how many ranch I need to finish my sub! I've had workers lie to me saying they can't give me more ranch, lie and say they are out of ranch, purposely fill the container half way to spite me and my husband. The attitude given to us paying customers for asking for some damn ranch is unprofessional, and clearly the workers need to be retrained on customer service! 📢📢📢 Funny cuz the workers only want to get a attitude with us is when their manager is not there. The food is sometimes a hit and miss here, sometimes I get old brown lettuce on my sub which is completely unacceptable to me. If I order an online order my order is missing condiments or they completely didn't read the special instructions. I only come here because I live down the street but the jersey mikes in Riverside off of central will always have my ❤️ cuz they know my order and don't give me trouble when I ask for ranch 🙂

I say this as a hispanic man myself, the young hispanic woman working October 9th 2025 at 3:30PM is rude. I asked her a question about my sandwhich because I paid a pretty good amount and was curious if I'd received what I'd paid for. She responded in a rude manner and even my GF who was on the phone at the time said she was being short with me and rude. On the flipside, there was another woman there who has a nose ring/ septum ring. She was very polite and warm. Answered all my question in a nice welcoming way. There are many people looking for work. IDK why you guys choose to hire employees like the first one who are clearly lacking in the customer service department. I will not allow that first girl to serve me again as I don't need the crappy attitude when I'm just going in as a customer.

I was working in san diego NATIONAL CITY... and let me tell ya... BIG DIFFERENCE !!! while in san diego i had the turkey & provolone.... Mike's way rosemary bread... was the best sandwich I have ever had . came back home and this location is by my house so I was like man... I want another one like that. ordered it and it wasn't even COMPARABLE.... SAN DIEGO WHOOPED THEM SO HARD. SAN DIEGOS ROSEMARY BREAD HAD SO MUCH HERBS 🌿 AND SEASONING RATHER AS OF with this location... their rosemary bread barley had any color, barley had anything on it at that. in San Diego they stacked it with turkey where with this location they were stingy. also with this location in moreno valley... I asked for Mike's way and they for forgot the damn red vinegar... like I wasn't going to recognize that. my sandwich looked like a hott mess where as in SD it looked like it was from a magazine. this place sucks....

They cancelled the order. They actually cannot provide a free regular sub to every order. Don't offer something you cannot actually provide the public. Lack of skilled workers or lack of supplies. Thursday. 2PM. Gonna make my own sandwiches and so should everybody else.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s. Shortly after purchasing a sandwich, ordering at the wrong location and asking for a refund. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and refused to accommodate my request. The interaction was unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer.

I’ve always believed in supporting businesses that value their customers, but based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location or ordering from Jersey Mike’s again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service going forward.

2 large subs +PEPSI AND CHIPS =$49.98…. Very Expensive and way overpriced . Never again.

I have been to this location ... times now and gave it benefit of the doubt didnt make review because the employees are so attentive and kind but in all honesty there is a fly problem here when you sit or to order flys are everywhere. Sit to enjoy fight flies off or even order there on condiment bacon ect see flies for me 1 star

I ordered online, got my food as soon as I walked in. The girl wasn't super happy or anything but...it's fast food lol I just need her to do her job and not be mean which was what I got. The food was delicious!!! Definitely will be coming back.

Me and the wife go there and order the manager special. Comes with a sandwich. We ordered the Italian with chips. Add 2 drinks. We think it's a lot better than Subway.

The staff here are fantastic! They are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and efficient while preparing our sandwiches. All of them were delicious, and the customer service was top-notch.
