It smelled horrible I couldn't even walk inside without smelling the disgust. The food probably is old and moldy just from smelling the inside I can tell. I never had the service nor will I have it in the future.

This was my first time going to Jersey Mike's. I was very surprised at how much I liked it. I do not usually like paying for sandwiches, especially because they are never as good as I would make at home. But, this place really changed my mind. I will have to go back and try something new. It is more expensive than I thought it should be, that is why I dropped it a star.

I just want everyone to know my sandwich was delicious everything taste nice and fresh, the customer service was incredible everyone was super nice and the service was fast the lobby was super clean my kids and I enjoyed our food they definitely deserve 5 star .

Not the best experience and won't be returning. I have been a loyal customer since when it opened in 2013. Manager Emily is not customer service oriented. She nit picked me about a basic sandwich that I have been ordering since they opened. I usually don't eat ham due to diet restrictions and substitute peppeperoni and leave out the cheese. For some reason on this day, I was told because it was modified, that I would be charged differently, first time ever. I tried to let her know that I had been ordering this same sub for many years. The lady was dismissive and seemed oddly proud of how she treated me. I was hungry so I payed the extra unfair charge, but that will be the last time I order this overrated sandwich. Now to find a better sandwich spot.
I would give it 1/2 a star if I could. The resteraunt looks clean, but reeks of stagnant water in the building. Also this is the second time that the deli windows of the fridge were covered up by paper. So we can't see how clean it is. I was told by a manager from a different location that they do that to clean the inside, but I've been to this place a few times in the last 2 years and they always have that paper taped up. I wish they would send the health department to check in on them... lately I just go to another location 30 minutes away even though I live across the street from them

Plus it had too much gritty cornmeal, which made it messy to eat. And there wasn’t enough to make up in flavor.Service was good so I’ll bump up the star. Manager was very arrogant in they way he spoke to us as if we were wasting his time. It was our very first time there and we were not familiar with the Mikes Way of ordering. The bread was lying on the bare nasty counter, gloves were not changed after the girl handled the receipt and proceeded to prepare my sandwich.Flies were on the food. It was a horrible experience more so with the guys funky attitude. They will never get my business again.?
