I understand it can be busy but at least acknowledge that I'm there. I was standing there for a while waiting to pickup my order and they just ignore me. I finally just have to speak up and tell them that I had a mobile order. Need better service the girls working here are mean

This place is great 👍 they slice the meat as they make your sandwich. Just enouph veggies so you don't have a salad on your sandwich. You can taste the meat.

Best sandwiches great wonderful people here have in and out fast.

Bin here 4-5 times already and I love jersey mikes this place makes me hate it , it’s the one closest to my house and yet is the worse one I’ve ever tried , the girls in the afternoon always mess up my mobile order somehow and or give me the wrong thing , this place is not cheap and to be getting the wrong order or messing up my order every single time is crazy , management needs to step up there game on this location and employees

Great service

On 1/3/2025, I ordered two sandwiches: a regular Original Italian and a regular Bacon Ranch Chicken Steak with chipotle mayo and avocado. I used my points for a free regular sandwich for the Bacon Ranch Chicken Steak. Unfortunately, that sandwich did not have any bacon in it. I sent a message to their Customer Relations Team on 1/4 and 1/13 asking for my points to be refunded and offered to provide a picture as proof, but I never received a response from them. Since one of the main ingredients was missing, I feel like this was the least they could do.

They do NOT change their gloves here. I watched one girl make 3 different peoples orders AND handle the register in between without changing gloves! They need a health department inspection.

The ladies were rude and they were rough with our sandwiches.I hope they could talk to them about their attitude.

Best Sub Sandwiches ever. Great service as well. Little pricey but well worth it.

Used the app to order 2 sandwiches and a bag of chips for my parents. App said it would be ready by 6:23, I showed up at 6:20. The girls working told me someone had picked up my order already and they couldn’t find it or something like that. 6:23 came and went, 6:30 and still nothing, but all while getting other peoples orders that came in after I did. 6:35 still waiting, 6:43 and they finally made my order. Even after all that they still messed the order up. ??‍♂️

Great service

Looking at one of the reviews, I guess because Kayla spoke out she’s definitely not getting a job there now. But to my visit at Jersey Mike’s on Mother’s Day. Music was way too loud. You couldn’t hear them and they couldn’t hear me. There was a line of people waiting to come up and a gentleman walk straight up, and the girl took his order over the ones who were in the line waiting before he walked through the door. One other girl took the order from a lady who I think was a relative because she put a lot of meat on her sandwich even though she didn’t ask for or pay for extra I stayed there and watched and listened to see. Two of the girls had major attitudes and I’m sure Kayla would’ve been a much better employee than what they prove themselves to be. So disappointing Jersey Mike’s but as we know you make the final decision. You’ll never make as much money as you should with employees and attitudes like that. my daughter purchased a full sub for Work and my granddaughter and I got a regular. Service matters. Attitudes matter when you’re serving a public, especially when the public is been nice and friendly towards your employees they should return that back to the public.. And watch those cameras because they’re giving some people extra meat even though they don’t pay for extra pay attention obviously it’s a family member or friend. but in all honesty, you get back what you give so I hope they continue to do it

Hey Jersey Mikes why did you not want to hire me, genuinely? Let talk, lets get real. I’m 34 years old, maybe that was it? I went in there, dressed very nicely very kind. The other girl and the hiring manager who was 20 minutes late all of us got along phenomenally. I have a really great smile. I have really great skin. I have really great job Rapport with Customer service. I shine when it comes to customer service. So was it my age? Did you guys want some 1819-year-old little girls that you could mold? Were you scared that I wasn’t gonna be able to listen to a 20-year-old manager? I really really really needed this. What was it? I know how beautiful I am was it the way that I looked? It’s hurtful Jersey Mike’s. I had a wide open schedule Monday through Sunday. You guys could’ve scheduled me any day but for some reason, I wasn’t good enough for you guys.

Order #16. After 10 min of waiting, went and ask if order is ready. It has not even started yet. No apologies or anything to say from staff girls. Seems like robots working. No feeling, no emotion. Running business like these employees!!!!!! Too bad!

Kaylyn helped me today.She has a great attitude and she made my food perfectly. Thank you.
