Usually wouldn’t bring my raza down like that but these people need to put more effort. I chose most veggies , most sauces and it still didn’t have much taste. Mongolian food is one of my favorite foods and I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would try again if I see any kind of improvement.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Careless staff that likes to walk away and let the food burn and when you say something about it they just ignore the concerns.

Food not good, staff hygiene questionable.

As I'm building-my-own bowl, I get to the ingredients. The meet looks like most Mongolian BBQ places (frozen chicken, beef and pork). The veggies were ok looking, except for the white onions (which were greenish) and the carrots (which were dried out, brown, wrinkly and had liquid and brown stuff sitting in the bottom of the tray). When I ask if they could bring fresh carrots, the girl brought out the container from the back and was about to just fill up the container that was already there. I pointed out that the carrots in there were bad; she then took out that tray and brought a new clean tray and began to fill up l. Those carrots were almost as dried out and wrinkly. While cooking my bowl, the guy ask if I wanted to add anything. I wanted pineapple, but the tray was empty, so he went to the back to get more, leaving the other 3 peoples food cooking before mine to sit on the hot grill for ever a minute without stirring. He came out and said someone else is bringing out the pineapple. The woman (owner or manager) comes out without gloves and touches the old tray as she sets in the new tray with her bare hands.

My food was burnt and barely edible.

Hey, make sure you tell him what you want. They have their own system. But you have to tell him you don't want the Soy sauce and all the other bad additives in

Overall nice experience, it not something common to find around here. Pretty casual food to eat and trying a new cuisine! Totally recommend!

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Magnolian Place! Esteban and Jorge provided exceptional customer service, making our visit truly memorable. Staff was amazing and honestly the food was amazing because you can put whatever you want in your bowl, I put so much beef with spinach and cilantro, it was nice and hot ? I loved it, would go again.

This is Moreno Valley Mall's best kept secret! The food is prepared right before your eyes and it really hits the spot. The meat and vegetable options are fantastic. This is really an awesome, different type of taste for anyone who is sick of run-of-the-mill burgers, tacos and hotdogs that you can get at every street corner. I can't recommend it enough. Plus the staff is super sweet and friendly. Jochi's is truly a gem.

I love it! I added lots of vegetables and meats on my bowl, and it is so delicious with teriyaki!
