Love the food. Could be a little cleaner
Just stopped by for take out
Chicken is always well cooked and still juicy and fresh.
Fast and delicious. Get an extra pico de gallo. You won't regret it.
Fastest fresh food you will ever get. I am in and out of there in less than 5min with a whole armload to feed at least 8 people. Chicken is tender and moist, seasoned like you would expect a rotisserie chicken to be. The sides are simple and consistent and do not disappoint. And it travels well, which is important with takeout.
Their employees are terrific. The regular managers there remember me and my order, even recognize my vehicle pulling up and are already getting things ready for me. That's what I call great service!
Staff is terrible. Rude as always.
I always buy there 1/2 Chicken 🍗🐔 it's pretty good 👍🏾
Solid food-always fresh and delicious! Sometimes it gets busy but what good eatery doesn’t? I have never eaten here because I live so close however due to it being busy during rush hour daily, I’m pretty sure I’ll continue to take it home when I do grab it.
The rice they gave me was overcooked. I called to ask if I can get a refund and they declined and if I wanted my rice replaced i would have to drive all the way back to show them the rice.
Excellent food and service

Love this place.. say potato salad out loud and my family is drooling. So we get Juan Pollo and all are satisfied.
We quite El Pollo Loco, dry bad chicken, started with Juan Pollo, stopped by tonight and picked up a mini pack with sides, got home the sides AWSOME, the chi ken dryer than a popcorn fart, really couldn't believe it so pulled whatever unplated chicken together and took it back, yes I called and complained first, got there and the staff scrutinized what was in the box, of course not every oz of chicken was there but more than 3/4, the sales associate scolded me and told me in the future that if you have touched any of the chicken they will deny replacement, to my stating I will shut it down to inspect the product before I leave, I just felt disgusted with the way I was told, I lost time, milage, and gas for this treatment ok, my bad I will rate the food a 1 because that is the product they first handed me, and a 5 for the product I should have gotten the first time, shame on me I will do Juan Pollo like Little Ceasars now, if it's wrong I will stand front row till its right.
First off the prices went up like 4 dollars more a plate. Secondly the rice was salty and the chicken had a good flavor but was dry. The worse part is they were all kind of rude and acting like you are bothering them. This place used to be great. I don't know what happened but I won't be going back.
Food is great, but they are not friendly. They gave me my food I told them Thank you, they don’t even tell me thank you back nor to have a nice day. Nothing, I felt like a bother.
My first experience with Juan Pollo was in orange County in 2001. Since then , it has been the best grilled chicken I have eaten..
