Placed an online order and the website said I had a 5 min wait ....i waited 20 min. I waited in the lobby, they never called my name for the order and when I went up to the counter, they had my order on a corner away from the other orders that were being picked up.

I went a little later in the evening, the service was friendly and quick, but the chicken seemed a little over spiced and a little dry. I always wonder about food when its over spiced , you know what I mean? Like its masking something like age and condition. Maybe its always like that and Im just not a big fan. I will try it again in the future. Could've been anything. The service was nice enough to have me give it another try some day.

There are a few Juan Pollo restaurants about 10 to miles away from home we have tried but, we drove 25 miles because this is the best perfectly roasted chicken.
