I did a mobile order Saturday for 2 smoothie and a raw juice. When I got there to retrieve my order I was told the juicer was out of order and I would receive a refund. Sunday I called to let them know I had not received the refund and an employee told me that the manager does the refunds and would not be in until Monday. Monday I called and spoke with a manager who said she would do the refund “now”. On Tuesday I called after still receiving NO REFUND to ask how long it typically takes to get back on my card. The manager said 3 days. She told of it wasn’t back on Wednesday to call back. So of course I called Wednesday. An employee answered she would not allow me to speak to a manager and then said “she out” call back tomorrow. It is now Thursday and I still DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND! I haven’t even been offered the drink I ordered. Very upsetting! I usually don’t even come to this location because the prices are higher than the one by my job and the employees are not as friendly. But this is literally across the street from my home. Will not be returning.

I think I came at a bad time. I’m sure every juice it up or juice bar always has understaff. This one location is the center is one of the many busy locations in moval.

As for all the reviews from customer interaction. Like let’s be serious you could easy gone to a drive thru if you want .1 sec service.

So this review is for the chain organization and the store manager. Get yourself together and please stop cookie cutting your staff and add a 3rd person.

Do not order off the Ap.
I repeat, do not order off the app. You will check off one juice it up to pickup from but the ap sends your order to the other address.

I called this store to expiring the issue. Before they started making my drink. They said they would credit me back. Received nothing a week later.

Walked in and no one even greeted me... no one said we'll be right with you or anything. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to say anything or even acknowledge me, never happen. There was a male with a short cut and a girl with burgundy hair. Terrible customer service... I just had to walk out. Even if you're busy, you are at least suppose to greet the customer. Do better people!

Thursday at 6:05 pm. 2/16/202325970 Iris Ave B-6, Moreno Valley, CA 92551A male manager was unprofessional. I request one large smoothie drink and two smoothie bowls, the total was $31.83.I noticed the manager didn't have any gloves on, and he was cutting the banana without gloves when he was making my smoothie bowl. I said excuse me can you wear gloves. The manager stated, huh, I can’t hear you, what did you say, the manager stated again, I can't hear you, I said with all the crisis going on, why are you not wearing gloves? So I told him I did not want the drink and the smoothie bowls. I asked him can you put on gloves he wanted to make my smoothie bowls with no gloves. He yelled at me three times over and over again, and it sounded like he didn't understand health and safety. There was a female worker with him.I asked her if she could make my smoothie drink and smoothie bowls over, but she was confused with the order so I just asked for my money back.
