Food was good we just got sat on a wobbly table & our agua frescas were warm even with ice so we had to ask for more Ice. Our server was nice & they sung happy birthday to my brother.

I had a great experience as my companion had never tried Mexican food and Kalaveras made her an instant Taco addict. We had wonderful service and the food couldn't have been better.

Honestly, I would have given this place 5 stars if I didn’t have a horrible experience after my transaction updated on my bank to see I was charged more than what I agreed to for a tip. It was my first time here at this location, came for Sunday brunch, everything was great, but a few days later, the transaction updated and it was not what I signed the receipt to be my total. I called and spoke to a male manager, I forgot his name, but he looked for my transaction, told me I was right and would issue me a refund but I had to come in person because his system was not allowing him to do it manually over the phone. I couldn’t come that evening so I agreed to come in the morning when the female manager was there, and she was so rude. She treated me like a liar, was very snappy and short with me, even stating she didn’t have time to take care of my issue and she showed me a receipt said it was mine from that Sunday with a whole different penmanship than my own. I told her I specifically remember what I wrote and I even filled in the total after the tip and the receipt she was showing me a picture of did not have a total filled in, she kept telling me that “this is my receipt so that’s what I put.” Even though I even asked for her to review the cameras and she just was brushing me off. To me, it was never about the money, it’s about the principle. How many ppl has this happened to and they didn’t notice? And to treat me like I’m lying and be so dismissive towards me and say the complete opposite of what the first manager told me, it just left me so confused about how this place is ran. I definitely will not be back after this experience.

I have been a client for many years I visited this location and I have to be honest the personal was so rude and unprofessional… The food was so bad… I have to say that the restaurant was duty and the tables were dirty and was not busy at all……

I had reservations and still took forever to be seated. We were skipped multiple times. I had to address the hosts on numerous occasions. It took 1.5 hours for our food to arrive after ordering. We never received our drinks, nor did we receive chips and salsa for an hour. I addressed the server who stated everyone is waiting on chips and salsa. We watched a number of 4 different tables whom arrived after us get their food, drinks, & chips and salsa way before we did. I used to love this place but would not recommend. I spent $160 on subpar food that was cold, watered down drinks & an overstimulated server

It was Valentine's day it was really really busy.. But thank God 🙏🏾 we had made reservations.. Just had to wait a minute to check in but only because it was busy..but they took such good care of us.. Everything was perfect.. Me and my husband had a good night there..The Valentine's drinks needs to be add to their menu..

This place is a waste of time. Literally sat at a table for 15 minutes on a very slow night., waiting for a server. Wow. Other servers. Just look at you and don't care to ask if you're okay. And this is not just a random occurrence, the last time I went there with a couple of co. Workers, we waited for a long time. To get served, add the food was not that great. This place needs new management and new employees. from the top to the bottom!!!

My first time here. Great atmosphere. Drinks were pretty good. I had the pineapple slushie margarita. I got the three(3) item combination platter. I got 3 different meat tacos. The chicken didn't really have flavor,but the carnitas,and Carne asada were flavorful. I'm not a fan of Spanish rice,but I really enjoyed the rice here. The entire staff were very pleasant. Miguel was really fun,and friendly. I recommend Kalaveras Moreno Valley.
