Honestly, I would have given this place 5 stars if I didn’t have a horrible experience after my transaction updated on my bank to see I was charged more than what I agreed to for a tip. It was my first time here at this location, came for Sunday brunch, everything was great, but a few days later, the transaction updated and it was not what I signed the receipt to be my total. I called and spoke to a male manager, I forgot his name, but he looked for my transaction, told me I was right and would issue me a refund but I had to come in person because his system was not allowing him to do it manually over the phone. I couldn’t come that evening so I agreed to come in the morning when the female manager was there, and she was so rude. She treated me like a liar, was very snappy and short with me, even stating she didn’t have time to take care of my issue and she showed me a receipt said it was mine from that Sunday with a whole different penmanship than my own. I told her I specifically remember what I wrote and I even filled in the total after the tip and the receipt she was showing me a picture of did not have a total filled in, she kept telling me that “this is my receipt so that’s what I put.” Even though I even asked for her to review the cameras and she just was brushing me off. To me, it was never about the money, it’s about the principle. How many ppl has this happened to and they didn’t notice? And to treat me like I’m lying and be so dismissive towards me and say the complete opposite of what the first manager told me, it just left me so confused about how this place is ran. I definitely will not be back after this experience.

This place is a waste of time. Literally sat at a table for 15 minutes on a very slow night., waiting for a server. Wow. Other servers. Just look at you and don't care to ask if you're okay. And this is not just a random occurrence, the last time I went there with a couple of co. Workers, we waited for a long time. To get served, add the food was not that great. This place needs new management and new employees. from the top to the bottom!!!

My first time here. Great atmosphere. Drinks were pretty good. I had the pineapple slushie margarita. I got the three(3) item combination platter. I got 3 different meat tacos. The chicken didn't really have flavor,but the carnitas,and Carne asada were flavorful. I'm not a fan of Spanish rice,but I really enjoyed the rice here. The entire staff were very pleasant. Miguel was really fun,and friendly. I recommend Kalaveras Moreno Valley.

I was craving Tacos, so I went to the Moreno Valley location for taco Tuesday, I wanted them to go so just be aware they charge 50 cents more... Idk why, but it's not $1.50 which to be honest these tacos should of been 25. Cents. I have had many taco Tuesdays and let me say this was the WORST taco Tues ever. Not only did it cost more for take out, the tacos had little chicken in them, the tortillas were barely cooked and still raw, if I bend the taco and it breaks before I eat it, it's raw! The chicken was flavorless, burnt pieces, super plain tacos. I couldn't believe I just paid for this. WORST taco Tuesday in Moreno Valley.

Staff and food were spot on. The music was so loud that you couldn't have a conversation with the person next to you. AND NO COFFEE. Turn down the tunes and brew some beans, and I'll be back. Repair the disability ramp.

Experience was about a 3.5 out of 5. Server took a while to get to us. Server didn’t offer drinks, (therefore ordered water) got complimentary chips and salsa. Tortillas for the tacos were very greasy, the fish looks like a fish stick. Put a straw next to the fish for comparison. Ordered a kids cheese quesadilla the cheese wasn’t fully melted in the middle. Establishment looked overall clean.
