Every time I order from here the biscuits come out squishy and undercooked in the middle, maybe you guys should scoop so much dough for the time you guys have them in the oven for.

Food poisoning!! Don't trust businesses that don't have cars lined up or in the parking lot... My mistake for agreeing with my dad to get fried chicken from here cuz he was starving after being released from the hospital. My kid is still going through it, on the 2nd day of vomiting and can't keep any thing down. Never again.

I'm not sure if this is in all KFC chain , I ordered the tenders and pieces of chicken family meal for the second time within few months. Boy those tenders are as thin as a paper sheet, for the price I won't ever order tenders from

Chicken delicious. However since covid struck the buffet was removed, very sad. In the past you always had to overlook the untidiness of the restaurant, and the feeling that is just old. Staff friendly but not flexible. Even though the chicken is really good, I'm going to have to pass going there anymore. The prices have considerably gone up (like most restaurants have) but when you can't change the selection of chicken pieces in the box sets or other combos, that's not what I want. The reason I went in a couple weeks ago was my wife wanted chicken and to get her what she wanted for just her it was 20 bucks, for two or 3 pieces of chicken, coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy and a Coke.

The place seemed clean when I went. The employees were nice. I got all the way home, and they gave me the wrong order. Had to come back and get the right order. Then they threw away the food I brought back. Why didn't you offer it to me since I had to come all the way back. Checked my new food, and the cole slaw was hot from sitting on the counter... so I had to ask for a cold one. The latest times I've gone, the food has been cold and not of good quality. So I've pretty much learned never to come here again.

back in the 80's when my family first moved here from seoul korea, my uncle joe from the air force would take us here, and it was incredible, we have never eaten chicken like this in our entire lives! granted over the years their approach to mass production has changed, but i still here eat from time to time, my mother loves this place.

I have come to this place multiple times but three times I have come there has been hair attached to my chicken for the third time I went this past weekend there was multiple long strands of hair wrapped inside the chicken. I went back and got my money back so third times a charm I will not be going back to this KFC ever again. ! Workers need to be more clean and aware of what’s on their clothes. The hair needs to be put up. Animal hair was on my chicken. It was gross.

Chicken and sides tasted old and rubbery. Drive thru attendant was either too rude or stupid to remember I wanted at least 1 hot sauce packet instead of getting NONE. I should’ve known to avoid this area because of the obnoxious layout/ potholes everywhere after Sprouts was built but there’s really no reason to eat here under any circumstances. Currently sitting on the toilet with diarrhea the day after. AVOID AVOID AVOID
I visited on 8/29/24 around 1pm if management wants to look into cleaning house. I’m mostly upset at the lack of quality in my food and being blatantly ignored over some condiments
