Excellent customer service. The staff is so polite. The food was nasty. Hopefully, this doesn't go against the staff. The 5 stars are for the staff, not the food. My son ordered chicken tenders and trash 🗑 it. I bought a $7 box. The only thing that was good was the biscuit and honey.

The cashier Lupita was just the best. I went yesterday morning but didn’t have time to do a review until now. She greeted me with a friendly smile saying welcome and recommended her specials. I ordered this to be delivered. I ordered the chicken and waffles . The waffle was super hard , couldn’t even bite into it. I opened the syrup cup and thought it was empty , I opened it up and there’s barely anything in there . I had gotten the two piece chicken meal and it came with a minature bite size chicken thigh and a leg. Seriously WTH !

Every time I order from here the biscuits come out squishy and undercooked in the middle, maybe you guys should scoop so much dough for the time you guys have them in the oven for.

Food poisoning!! Don't trust businesses that don't have cars lined up or in the parking lot... My mistake for agreeing with my dad to get fried chicken from here cuz he was starving after being released from the hospital. My kid is still going through it, on the 2nd day of vomiting and can't keep any thing down. Never again.

Chicken delicious. However since covid struck the buffet was removed, very sad. In the past you always had to overlook the untidiness of the restaurant, and the feeling that is just old. Staff friendly but not flexible. Even though the chicken is really good, I'm going to have to pass going there anymore. The prices have considerably gone up (like most restaurants have) but when you can't change the selection of chicken pieces in the box sets or other combos, that's not what I want. The reason I went in a couple weeks ago was my wife wanted chicken and to get her what she wanted for just her it was 20 bucks, for two or 3 pieces of chicken, coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy and a Coke.
The cashier at this location cussed my 76 year old mother out! Customer service is dead!!!
