I ordered the new $20 family box which it comes with fries nuggets and four pieces of chicken and four biscuits. I asked the drive-through employee About the four sources that comes with this meal, she stated it was in the box and it was not. I attempted to call this location and didn’t get an answer. The fries were extremely salty. The nuggets were really good and the chicken was a bit dry.

I went into the location at approximately 5:34pm and attempted to reach se the kiosk to order and it wouldn’t work. The cleaning lady went behind the counter to have one of the employees there to help me. By t when the employee came to the front door area she help a customer who had just walked up to the counter. The cleaning lady told the lady employee i was next, but the employee ignored her and assisted the walk up before walking over to me and saying that machine is not working, but if you come over to this one and oay cash i can help you, and then she proceeded to help another walk in customer who told her she wasn’t ready. The employees conduct was unprofessional, nonchalant, and i will get to him when i can. I guess she didn’t care if i stayed to order or leave. Her biased attitude towards customers was clearly on display. Got to do better with customer service these days being that i was the only customer in the store at the time i tried to order inside the store.

so salty and overcooked and too much batter chicken sandwich. And not enough sauce inside it. Nugget was not real nugget.. they tried the rest of pieces of chicken. also overcooked. And they didn't put one of my side of my order. Terrible taste and service.

Chicken was horrible, gotten a family meal and the chicken was so dried up and hard like it’s been sitting for a while and served to eat it was very unpleasant to eat , the sides were ok but now I feel sick , never coming back again

Drive thru customer service sucks. I’ve came to this location 3 times and they either ran out of chicken and our closing early, the wait for chicken will be 45mins- 1hr and it’s expensive. The chicken is too oily to be that expensive. Not coming back here.

This is by far the worst KFC i’ve ever been to. Needs to be shut down. I spent 60 bucks here on a family meal and they got the order wrong but ALSO the chicken had been sitting all day with the skin soggy and falling off . Complete trash. Returned to the location and they were not interested in making things right. A bunch of young, unintelligent drop outs is what they appear to be. Super unprofessional. I plan on contacting corporate because judging off of the other many terrible reviews, this is a frequent problem here. Garbage.

I bought a total amount of 20 pieces of chicken. When I received our order in the drive thru, I noticed only one bucket of chicken. I told the guy at the window, there's no way 20 pieces of chicken could've fit in this bucket and i asked for him to check. He insisted it was correct and refused to check it. I told him when I get home and see that it is in fact short, that I would call back and come back upset. He said ok and was sure it was correct. Lone behold, the order was short and guess what, they're not answering the phone now. I'm upset and heading back up there now. Horrible customer service and quality assurance. KFC do better. I've had nothing but problems with these restaurants in Moreno Valley.
Food was delicious! The service was fast and very friendly. Elida took my order had such a positive attitude which I appreciate as a customer. Will be coming back!
