Went to the drive-through tonight 11 14, 2025. My order was 1482 on the ticket. I ordered some hot wing combos honey barbecue and it’s supposed to came with a drink. I didn’t receive my drink. I’ve been calling. No one answered the phone. Why don’t you guys answer your phone

The employees are awful and have nasty attitudes..one didn't speak english ? Nobody is here dinning in but some local homeless dude in the corner...no customer service and definitely no service with a smile...disrespectful towards elderly people

I ordered the new $20 family box which it comes with fries nuggets and four pieces of chicken and four biscuits. I asked the drive-through employee About the four sources that comes with this meal, she stated it was in the box and it was not. I attempted to call this location and didn’t get an answer. The fries were extremely salty. The nuggets were really good and the chicken was a bit dry.
I went into the location at approximately 5:34pm and attempted to reach se the kiosk to order and it wouldn’t work. The cleaning lady went behind the counter to have one of the employees there to help me. By t when the employee came to the front door area she help a customer who had just walked up to the counter. The cleaning lady told the lady employee i was next, but the employee ignored her and assisted the walk up before walking over to me and saying that machine is not working, but if you come over to this one and oay cash i can help you, and then she proceeded to help another walk in customer who told her she wasn’t ready. The employees conduct was unprofessional, nonchalant, and i will get to him when i can. I guess she didn’t care if i stayed to order or leave. Her biased attitude towards customers was clearly on display. Got to do better with customer service these days being that i was the only customer in the store at the time i tried to order inside the store.

Chicken was horrible, gotten a family meal and the chicken was so dried up and hard like it’s been sitting for a while and served to eat it was very unpleasant to eat , the sides were ok but now I feel sick , never coming back again
