I love KFC chicken. I mostly order from the app. In the store they use a digital ordering machine where you place your order and pay. You only see the workers when they give you your food.

I had an excellent experience at the KFC on Iris Ave. and Perris Blvd. I placed an online order for their Digital exclusive 8 piece + 8 tenders at 2:16 PM in between my school pick-up. I'm so grateful I chose this location because I was in and out by 2:20 PM. Their speed and delicious food allowed me to get my kids from school and have them fed before rushing out again for soccer practice. It's a great place for that mid-week rush!

The food is good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They do not serve diners and you have to let them know if there is service, it seems that they are uncomfortable serving customers.
It takes a long time to get the attention because everyone is inside the kitchen and they don't come forward to take the orders.
