Short and Sweet service.

Just went in with my family of 4 like around 5:20pm. There was one employee sitting on her break or something and another prepping cutting fruits. The one prepping saw us but never acknowledged our presence or at least a simple “I will be right with you” would have been nice. She continued talking to her co worker as if we weren’t there so we just decided to walk out and go to the one on Alessandro since they didn’t want our business. Not the first we go there and they always seem to be bothered, but wanted to give them another try. Not going there again.

I went today for the first time to this location. Unfortunately it's a bit overpriced for the servings you get. I ordered some mangoneadas and for an xsmall got one single scoop of mango ice cream that didn't even fill the cup half way. What I did get was like a pound (exaggerating) of chamoy to fill the rest of the cup instead of a bit more ice cream. I also did purchase ice cream which the flavors were okay.

Went around 16:00-16:30 and the employees had a super nasty attitude for no reason. Very horrible customer service. I proceeded to ask for a tray of fruit I wanted mango , watermelon and pineapple. It was said that they don’t serve mango there. Then they said that there wasn’t any pineapple. After she saw that I got agitated she said if I was willing to wait to cut up the mango. Made me wonder if she was also lying about the mango as well and didn’t want to work.

I use to love this place however the employees always take a while to get your order. They are in the back doing who knows what. They hardly ever look happy or enthusiastic , which I can get, they might be having a bad day, but it is every time I come here it seems like an issue that a customer walked in. They give the smallest portions for what I pay for. Not worth it! Dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least. Will be looking elsewhere .

They don’t give enough serving for the amount you pay, they also take forever to come take my order and when they do get here they always look like it’s an issue, and to make things worse they charge $1 for using any form of payment that isn’t cash like literally everything uses card even the Girl Scouts selling cookies and they don’t charge to use a card that’s honestly pretty ridiculous trying to scalp every cent from customers, I’m very disappointed because I loved coming here but it just has not been pleasant coming here anymore I will be looking to go elsewhere from now on, and I’ve been coming to this location since it opened a long time ago….. stop being greedy is all I can say and I hope you read this and stop charging people to use their credit cards it’s 2025 for gods sake….

I have been at different Michoacánas but this one has the best fresas con crema cream , personal opinion. This place is also clean ? there is tables to seat down and enjoy

Since they got the new workers they’ve been giving significant small portions, I can’t express this enough they filling the cups half way. One of the workers always has a rude tone/mannerism, I’ve experienced her getting into arguments with her coworkers. I suggest you go somewhere else

I haven't been to this location for a while because although it is the closest to my house, the service the last 4 times was horrible. 3 times the ladies are all in a bad mood as if it bothers them that they go and buy there. The other time I left because even though I was the only customer, he said he had to wait 15 minutes because he was mixing snow in the back room. Today, apart from being in a bad mood, my boss only filled 3/4 of the glass, which before barely fit. They need to learn customer service at this location. I will not return to this location.

The supervisor or manager was very rude!I’m a regular cusromer here , and I like to come for the mangoniadas. Today I came in for a mangoniada and there wasnt any mango icecream. I asked the employee if she knew why (I wanted to see if they completely out) and she said she didn’t know. I kindly asked if she could ask her manager or anyone else, so in case they did have some in the back I would wait, which I didn’t mind. The manager or supervisor or “la encargada” came out being very rude and gave me a rude response. She mentioned she was on her break and that it was pointless that she came out to tell me that.
