There customer is getting worse .. I used to like going there but not I don't even like going there anymore the customer service is horrible now .. yelp has get a free small agua fresca every time you visit and check in And the employees don't want to grant that.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! Girl that took our order had such a moody face. Didn't say a word to us when next in line, asked for a flavor of popsicle & she proceeded to open fridge and close right away as she stared blankly at us. Asked if they had anymore and just nodded her head left to right. No type of interaction until our total was told. Paid and she just left the bag on counter, no thank you or have a great day. Customer service isn't for everybody.

Stopped by on Wednesday around 7ish for a funnel cake, and it was great!! The young lady who made our funnel cake did an amazing job ?
Walked in today and ordered chicharrones mixtos and the bag was old and you couldn't even chew on the chaca chaca. Notified the girl at the counter and all she could do is apologize. Girl was really nice but they need to throw out the old bags and replace them w new ones.

Poor customer service. If you assume you heard your customer correctly but I say that’s not what I said just say it’s a misunderstanding. I wasn’t rude when I realized I was being given the wrong order just asked if that was it. It doesn’t take much to say you heard me wrong, but to make me feel bad because I wasn’t hovering over you to tell you sooner isn’t my job. You don’t know if I was with your back facing me. I wasn’t btw I was distracted and taking to someone while you made the order. You would know the menu better than me. If I made the mistake I would say I messed up and ask you to please do it again. What I ordered matched the photo next to it and there aren’t many items that have a photo, and not all are on the menu; especially the one made by mistake.Next time just acknowledge it and correct it, doesn’t matter if I said something when I was waiting by the register seeing you bring it that’s when I caught it. If it’s wrong when I saw it was blue and not white that’s how I realized it was wrong. Having an attitude or seeming like it’s too much to do won’t change the fact that I’m either not taking it or asking for a new one. Seems like you have a good thing going, don’t ruin it over misunderstandings, and lack of training. It doesn’t take much to do better. I should’ve listened when others told me similar things with their orders and lack of customer service here.
