Just went today my kids and I waited about 10 minutes for someone we knocked and even said “hello” we had no answer, until we heard noises coming from the restroom my daughter decides to knock to see if we have an answer as soon as she knocks the lady come out and yells at us people have nesecities too you know, but she was extremely rude to us and decided to just leave

The service I great. The biónico was not what I expected. I thought biónicos had some type of lechera on it? Mine had the fruit (including mango), coconut shavings and walnuts but no sign of that milky sauce… interesting

Sometimes convenience is not the best option! I decided to go here since it’s closer to my house instead of taking the drive to El Arco De Michoacán. I ordered tostilocos and the girl preparing them says “oh we don’t have cueritos” ok, no big deal I said. Then she said “we don’t have the peanuts” I’m like really? Ok, whatever. So then I decided to order an esquite then she says “we don’t have the cheese” 😒 so then I told her I wanted a mango ice cream! “Ohh we don’t have mango ice cream” At that point I couldn’t help but to laugh! Mind you, I still went home with my wanna be tostilocos that ended up being stale chips with only cucumber and Valentina. Don’t waste your time coming here!

Scamming people & not returning correct amount of change. She closed the register right away and said she doesn’t have change and offered candy instead when i didn’t want candy I just wanted the change back and she refused to do it. The exact change was offered to her to get exact change back and she claimed she couldn’t open the register anymore. Not right at all. Should let the customer know ahead of time. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I found a puncher bug in my ice cream and the lady didn’t even seem surprised. She just offered me another ice cream. I told her there was no way my family and I would keep eating her ice cream and she gave me my money back. Don’t go here!!
