Came here on Saturday I decided to get a fresas con crema tasted like they just put yogurt with fresas, instead of crema plus it was overprice 9.50$ for a small is crazy. Definitely not worth it.

Closed way before they were actually set to close

It was open late but the workers there seemed over it :(

I pull up at 10:45pm and as soon I pull up I see the lady go to the door really fast and lock it. It says on google that it closed at 11pm. I work in food service and they shouldn't be doing this.

After talking to the manager of the company they offer me a discount to make up for what the employee did and I really appreciate it thank you

Great service

Older, tall chubby Hispanic woman with dark curly hair, very unprofessional, didn’t even use gloves. She literally picked up a scoop of ice cream with her hand, very unprofessional and never coming back

the older lady was very rude and we asked her what type of paletas she had and she told us she didn’t know. & she told my sister that we talked weird for saying we wanted nacho cheese with chips..she had a very ugly attitude overall and half of the ice creams were melted. the younger girl was very sweet but if i could put 0 stars i would. we only live 5 minutes away and the nachos were so soggy when we got home that we couldn’t pick it up without it flopping and ripping.

Poor service, very unprofessional, first time there today and won’t ever go back!Order online for me myself to pickup and according to the it was on DoorDash and they wouldn’t give me my own order until door dash picked up, then when it was time for pickup the girl there said they got a notification saying it wasn’t a pickup order for DoorDashWhen I asked to speak to manager or supervisor she said they are never there. Super unprofessional and the girl knew nothing. If I could rate it a 0 that’s what I’d rate it.
