Most of the service is good but the faces looks like a mortuary

I love this Restaurant Food is Amazing, I will say I’ve been coming for the past 6 years and never bothered to post because the Food was always a 10/10 but the service wasn’t the best waitresses used to be rude and didn’t bother to check on customers, but I didn’t want to say anything negative because of the service since the food would make up for it I really I promise if u try it you will definitely be coming back, it’s been a while that I’ve been here but I was delighted to come today and see 2 new cashier and waitress they were so Lovely I just had to finally write the review will start coming here again more often like before!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They are so desperate for money they lied to us and told us one total over the phone and another total when you pick up. Not trying to be disrespectful we paid it. NEVER AGAIN GOINF THERE!!!! $15 for a tiny tostada they load it up with veggies and put 4 shrimp on top and they call that $15. BE CAREFUL! We should have walked out but we wanted to be respectful since we have done there for over 3 years. They’re delusional now we won’t be back!

THE FOOD IS GOOD, BUT I FEEL VERY BAD THAT THEY DON'T LEAVE DSR TIKS TO THE WAITRESS, MUCH TIMES ONE DOESN'T GET CASH. THEY SHOULD GIVE THEM THAT OPTION, AS A CUSTOMER YOU FEEL BAD AND IT IS NOT APPROPRIATE TO ASK THEM FOR THE CELL PHONE NUMBER TO GIVE THEM FOR ZELLE

I waited for them to come to order a glass of water or a soda and the waitress never came. Apart from that, they all brought such ugly kindness, but back there behind the counter they were laughing and talking. A very undesirable attitude. For my part, I will not return to this place. First and last time I came to this place. Managers or supervisors should pay a little more attention to their waitresses and their people so that they provide good and friendly service. Also, if you need someone to be waiting, yelling at them to bring someone or something, that leaves a lot to be desired from those who are running the restaurant as well.

Don't come, the owners are exploiters. I thought I had seen it all. I can't believe that the owners don't give their waitresses the opportunity to earn tips when customers pay with a credit card.

Staff was friendly but not attentive. Ordered a tostada de camarón cocido and when I received it I didn’t get mayo or limón or asked if I needed anything else, the tostada tasted bland as if the camarones were just boiled in water and put on top of the veggies which I think they were and there was no seasoning what so ever it was poorly made.

SECOND TIME I COME TO THIS PLACE AND THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THE PRAWNS, THE PURE SHRIMP SHELL AND THE PURE CRAB MIXED TOAST WHICH IS PURE FLOUR. THREE SHRIMPS AND THREE LITTLES OF OCTOPUS I WAS VERY BAD WITH MY GIRLFRIEND BY BRINGING HER TO THIS PLACE. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.
