Little Caesars Pizza

Pizza was cold by the time I got home (5 minute drive) Crazy bread was hard as if they gave me old crazy bread. Service here is always bad. I always try to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I continue getting disappointed each time I order here.

I went for my piece and they didn't have it ready

Bad service they told me 10 minutes pass 30 and they gave my order to another person and they made me wait longer 😡😡😡

For the last 3 times I've ordered on the App, I'm never notified that the food is ready and when I pick it up the food has been sitting and not as fresh. The last 2 times I've ordered the crazy poofs are dried out. You can tell they have been sitting for some time. No more Little Caesars for my family.

They store close at 10 pm and when i go to order pizza they told me that at 9.20 pm its to late to make a pizza . How the bullshit work ethics these people have and they told people they running America 🇺🇸

The pizza itself is good, I always order online because I know they always take forever for an order to be ready but it never disappoints 😂 ordered my online order at 5:15 it said my order would be ready at 5:25 I didn’t get off my car until 5:45 to pick up (giving them extra time because they NEVER have anything ready) I get off and say I had an online order. The girl walks to the back and checks and says it will be ready in about 3 minutes . I said it’s fine . I already knew that those 3 minutes ment “we are berly gona make your pizza” . I stood to the side and waited over 20 minutes and she just kept giving everyone else’s order out except mine. Another cashier went to the front and I asked her about my status and she went to the back came back up to me and asked what my order was ? I told her my order , she went back to the back then back to the cashier and started calling people in line while having me there in the front . I asked her if my order was ready and she said it was never made ! So why did the first girl say it would be ready in 3 minutes ? Lol what a joke , crazy part is how I already expect horrible service at every little Caesar’s , so I just requested a refund. Walked out the store at 5:58.. waste of time again lol
Next time I’ll rather pay more and have my pizza delivered from elsewhere than wasting my time there … managers aren’t even managers don’t even know how to manage the store, food orders , and employees .
Yet they be asking for a tip when you pay with card lol

Terrible experience per usual at this location. I placed my order 30 minutes prior to pick up on the app and still had to wait another 15 minutes for two extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas. I then asked for napkins and the gal behind the register couldn't find any and was using a pole to try and find some on a shelf above the warmers.

All and all, you expect a compton-esque experience when going to Little Caesars, but this was over the top..

The franchisee needs to invest in labor.

When you order delivery you sacrifice quality to the core.
They don't even cut it or distribute the ingredients properly. I blame management for not ensuring quality assurance. Whoever did this hates their job and shouldn't be there.

I ordered a stuffed crush pepperoni pizza and it had no cheese. It was a tomato sauce pizza. The crust tasted like cardboard. It was terrible

Normal little Ceasars. Love the lunch special . Cheap and fills me up. A bit of a wait due to them not having any lunch specials made but that meant mine was freshly made and delicious.

Most of the time pizza doesn't look good. Horrible service this is the worst of all locations I have been. Place is not clean. The most worts is that the portal does not work and no matter you order on line you have to wait. I investigated and little caesars pizza is with the BBB. Please everybody file a complaint to close this location permanently.
