I order 2 crazy breads and only get one, my buffalo wings instead of 8 I only get 6 and I know is a low price but at least get me what I order

Dont know if its because i look white. Got treated very differently at this location this time.
Im mexican & i feel like i got profiled by the worker at the front desk. Even though my food had been paid & reqdy for pick up. They made me wait for the other customers to order before receiving my mobile pick up order. Once i got to the front, this older hispanic gentleman got asked if he was he for a pickup & the cashier decided to tell me qait 1 minute & proceeded to help him out. Once that finished i was asked what i wanted to order. Which i replied its a pick up. Following up with if i had a pick up could i skip the line, she tossed my pizza at me & just stared.. luckily i dont have the ego to pick a fight with girls or with someone who goes home smelling like pizza.

U order 19 large pizzas for a party and the pizzas was now great put it this way I paid for 10 I still had 8 u tell me I order something else

1. Standing around waiting for my pizza as it already sits there waiting for me.
2. Hot and ready automated pickup machine is always broke. Makes no sense.
3. New workers are rotated in like a revolving door. Good luck finding someone who has a clue.
4. Missing items from pizza. Most likely because of my comment #3

Pizza was cold by the time I got home (5 minute drive) Crazy bread was hard as if they gave me old crazy bread. Service here is always bad. I always try to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I continue getting disappointed each time I order here.

I went for my piece and they didn't have it ready

Bad service they told me 10 minutes pass 30 and they gave my order to another person and they made me wait longer 😡😡😡

For the last 3 times I've ordered on the App, I'm never notified that the food is ready and when I pick it up the food has been sitting and not as fresh. The last 2 times I've ordered the crazy poofs are dried out. You can tell they have been sitting for some time. No more Little Caesars for my family.

They store close at 10 pm and when i go to order pizza they told me that at 9.20 pm its to late to make a pizza . How the bullshit work ethics these people have and they told people they running America 🇺🇸

The pizza itself is good, I always order online because I know they always take forever for an order to be ready but it never disappoints 😂 ordered my online order at 5:15 it said my order would be ready at 5:25 I didn’t get off my car until 5:45 to pick up (giving them extra time because they NEVER have anything ready) I get off and say I had an online order. The girl walks to the back and checks and says it will be ready in about 3 minutes . I said it’s fine . I already knew that those 3 minutes ment “we are berly gona make your pizza” . I stood to the side and waited over 20 minutes and she just kept giving everyone else’s order out except mine. Another cashier went to the front and I asked her about my status and she went to the back came back up to me and asked what my order was ? I told her my order , she went back to the back then back to the cashier and started calling people in line while having me there in the front . I asked her if my order was ready and she said it was never made ! So why did the first girl say it would be ready in 3 minutes ? Lol what a joke , crazy part is how I already expect horrible service at every little Caesar’s , so I just requested a refund. Walked out the store at 5:58.. waste of time again lol
Next time I’ll rather pay more and have my pizza delivered from elsewhere than wasting my time there … managers aren’t even managers don’t even know how to manage the store, food orders , and employees .
Yet they be asking for a tip when you pay with card lol
