If this review had a 0 stars, I would! So I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles and no sauce and no ketchup. And they add all the stuff in my Big Mac! I clearly asked for none of those ingredients! They messed up your order always! And I mean always, every time! And the employees took around 23 minutes until they were ready to take my order! And all the employees were just 13-16 year olds that had no attention span! The employees were on their phones watching TikTok and instagram! Horrible location! Don’t take your kids to this location!
Whoever is in charge here needs to either get replaced or step it up. My fry’s were literally crunchy but cold at the same time, nuggets were room temp, burger was dry and room temp. Sad when the best thing you had was the fountain soda. Should have checked reviews before coming so that’s my bad but I will never be back to this location. You have been warned

I waited over 15 minutes at the order speaker. At 1013am just to be told I can not order breakfast. Ridiculous bad service.

So I went through the drive-through and used a coupon for $1.50 french fry ordered some more food then told him I wanted to do a separate order to use my reward. He says OK. I do my separate order. Get my reward drive up to pay they charge my card $5.60 for a french fry instead of the dollar 50 so I tell him I would like a refund for the balance Because it was supposed to be $1.50 so they issue me a refund then proceeded to tell me you’re only allowed to use one coupon every 15 minutes. doesn’t matter if it’s a mix between a deal and a reward even though I clearly stated to him when I was ordering what I wanted to do and it was no problem then , so I proceeded to wait for my coupon to come back up “it was only another six minutes“ until my coupon was ready. The manager comes up to the window and tells me if I don’t move my car. He’s gonna call the police… Call the police? Because you messed up my order and I’m now waiting for my food? The manager‘s name is Austin looks like he’s about 13 years old. Have no idea how he’s the manager and the illiterate employees name is Albaro , So you screw up my order and threaten to call the cops on me because I’m waiting doesn’t make sense. They’ve got a bunch of kids that don’t know what they’re doing running a McDonald’s definitely wouldn’t come here again calling corporate first thing in the morning.

The food was haphazardly throw together and a mess of sauce/toppings inside the wrapper Restroom smelled bad and was dirty. Service staff pretty inattentive - I waited a long time at the counter while seeing my completed order sit by the prep station.
