I just had the first bad experience at McDonald's in a long time. Using the kiosk, I somehow got my order wrong. I thought I was ordering two sausage McMuffin with egg for $6. What I received was a sausage McMuffin. I paid $4. I went back to the counter. This young looking man with a gold tag on his chest said restaurant manager comes over to help me. I explained to him that I've made a mistake and what I had wanted. I want to pay the difference of $2 for the other sandwich. This is the manager telling me it can't be done. He tells me I'll have to pay another $4 for another sandwich. ??? Refund me my $4. Charge me $6. Give me my second sandwich. I'm so mad right now.

They are very professional and it’s all men, but they’re super nice and they get your order out quick they forgot my fries and I came back and they replied to me with three fries. They have awesome customer service.

They have an A.i. robot that flips your burgers. Don’t pay without using the app. You have to use the electronic life size tablet to order anyways, might as well collect the points and get free food.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and Entry are both wheelchair accessible. There is a restroom, but only unlocked if you kindly ask the cashier to use it.

The cashier Bryan was really helpful in telling my husband and I the specials/ deals they had going on. Very considerate and also was fast it getting my order out. The place is clean and the atmospher is really nice. Food here is good. Service is excellent.

Why promote mobile order and then get denied when picking it up ? Not my fault the drive thru wasn’t moving along and I go to the microphone exactly 10:30am… was in line by 10:11 am trying to get my food ! And when asked for proof of cancellation they said they can’t offer me anything! So you take my money without food and offer no receipt of cancellation? And top of it attitude given ? Cherry on top for crappy service all around . Do yourself a favor and avoid this horrible location.

I dislike this place. There service sucks. It's always long crazy lines. They created another line and for what? We still gotta wait. Also for a heads up make sure you check your food before you leave check even the happy meals. I waited in this long line and to finally get my food and get home and my 10 year old is missing her cheese burger she only had fries. I tried calling and no one answers. Frkn horrible!!!!!

I've been through this drive-thru many times. I prefer this location out of all the other ones in Moreno Valley. The employees seem to be more communicative with each other and with customers. They get through the line quickly and you can't go wrong with a big mac meal and fries!
Thank you MCDONALDS ON SUNNYMEAD. Thank you to the female manager with the short dark brown hair working today 12/1. I hope her boss knows that she has what it takes and more for customer service. The McDonalds manager on Perris should genuinely take some lessons from her.
