Made an on mobile app for curveside pick up they took more than 20 min so I went inside to pick it cause they were taking to long to bring it out. Iget inside my order was just sitting in the corner while they were helping the customers that had ordered inside the restaurant first. I asked for my order she fave it to me didn't even get an I am sorry or thanks come home and opened up my I had 2× deluxe breakfast in one of them they didn't even get what you call a portion of egg food was cold

We had to pass by Moreno Valley, previously stop at another McDonald's near but left as it was extremely dirty. Unfortunately, we then found this location...but now I understand the reviews and poor stars here!!! The manager this morning, 0 customer service skills. Perhaps, the automated kiosk can provide a better service.

How do you mess up on a kids meal? Can’t even put fries in the dam box. I ordered three kids meals for my littles ones and okay I get it no boo buckets I don’t care about that I just want my order to at least be correct.

Terrible service. I went today, 10/25/25, at 1:00 a.m. I wanted to order a caramel frappe and a McFlurry, but they told me they didn't have any. I only ordered large fries, a McChicken, and a medium soda, and the fries were horrible, very cold and hard, and the chicken sandwich was the same. They also told me they didn't have ranch dressing. It's always the same at this McDonald's, especially at night, and they didn't give me a receipt either.

Ordered food through door dash and the receipt had my name so not on door dasher driver I didn’t get all my food they gave me wrong items had no sauce I was waiting hours for my food how can you mess up so bad? I got no help because when I tried calling store to resolve problem they were close and door dash app is being stupid and won’t help me with my problem so I’m disappointed in this mc Donald and the lack of appreciating a customers order…

First they forgot my mcdouble so i went back and this is what i received . No ketchup, no onions, , no mustard missing a slice of cheese and no pickles. Just sloppy and lazy.

I'ma go ahead and put 1 star food is good service is not great at all for some reason they are always understaffed and at times like 11pm there shouldn't be a line and the staff shouldn't be stressed by how many cars there are piling up they should have enough employees to help each other but unfortunately they don't so sadly this will be the last time untill they fix the understaffed situation because those workers would not be stressed if they had the more help but I hope they do get more help but the food is great when it's on time especially if you made a mobile order you should pull in say your code and get out but that not how it is and the staff is also great but like I said you can see the stress and they don't deserve that
