Friend went and ordered 2 cheeseburgers and shamrock shake.All were awful and got sticker shock at $14 cost..I said yrs ago McDonald's was on downward spiral and it is proving out.I for one will NEVER eat there again.

I give three stars because it was one of the best hottest hashbrowns I’ve ever had from McDonald’s and one of the worst sausage muffins I’ve ever had but the two together give three stars and I’m used to just OK food from McDonald’s cause I’m cheap anyway anyways if they both would’ve been hot and fresh would’ve been five stars

I ordered inside at the kiosk (the morning of Christmas Eve). I waited 30 minutes for my food. Seemed like only the drive-thru line was moving fast. So I asked a girl at the front about my order. She totally ignored me and had the ugliest attitude. It’s always the short Hispanic girls with the fake eyelashes with the attitudes 😂 And all the tables and seats had crumbs on them. Fast food workers are always demanding more pay yet they’re sooo incompetent.

Very bad service except for a brunette worker, she is very friendly but the Latinas are not at all,
Came for a late night 120am meal. Fast accurate ordering . The man at the pick-up window was polite and very professional, and he knew how to do things done right and done fast. The food was good. The reg coke didn't taste like it was mixed correctly, and the fries had hard gristle. But it's ok.

Don't ask to customize anything here even when they're not busy.. but!!!! The prices are crazy! its 4 to 5 dollars cheaper on combos at corporate and franchise stores in more affluent areas.. West LA Malibu Palm Springs is a lot cheaper???
