Ordered ahead..figured by the time we got here the food would be ready. 40 minutes ago we submitted the order. Been waiting 20 minutes here in the lobby. Ive had 4 different workers ask my order number. They use to work harder and faster when they were paid minimum wage I swear! Now they full of a bunch of lazy people that just stand there and chit chat.

Poor service. Trainee/Cashier cancelled my order after I paid cash. Waited a whole hour for my food. And when I went to go ask about my order they had attitude and didn’t want attend me because I asked, why did my order get canceled if I paid cash. These are the worse service I ever got. I got at McDonald’s at 10:05am and o left outta there at 11:06pm. A whole hour and no apology or nothing. These women working there should get fired because all they do is gossip about customers and u could hear the talks through the eating area. I even have the receipt to prove to ya…

This review is specifically for the Moreno Valley Alessandro location numerous times I have went there before work and order breakfast and continue to not receive my order correctly. My breakfast Sandwiches are always missing the egg not sure what the problem is. It’s very upsetting because I pay for it so I expect to get it.

Ordered ahead went through drive thru only one of the 2 was open so there was a long line was at the window waiting and an employee opened up 2nd lane allowing cars at least 3 to pull from behind. Asked why we weren't being helped and person lied that they didn't take his order even though we could hear it clearly. Very disappointing 😞

This is to shine a light on employee Yolanda. I grab breakfast during the week for my son and Yolanda is always polite and upbeat. She really adds to the tone of the morning and helps sets a good vibe as I head to work and my son to high school. Thank you! We appreciate her and I hope she is valued by her colleagues and company. ✨
