Phenomenal experience customer service was impeccable at this specific McDonald's food was fresh hot and very tasty I wish I lived closer that would be my I only McDonald's I would go to

I used kiosk but was paying cash it took 35 minutes to get 1 hamburger 1 fry and 2 drinks all employees were just ignoring me I wouldn't recommend unless ordering on app

Visited this location today through drive-through with my grandson and purchased a happy meal and requested extra apple slices and a filet fish meal with light tartar sauce with a hot fudge sundae.
There were no apple slices in my grandsonās happy meal (none) and my filet fish had one drop of tartar sauce (was this supposed to be a joke).
When I pay my money, I expect my order to be correct and fast food establishments should implement some type of quality control to ensure orders are correct before giving to customers.
My five year old grandson said we shouldnāt go there anymore because they got both our orders wrong.

Just a bad location. Management advertised the kiosk over taking an order.
Told her if shes available & i had already placed a previous order in person. Why couldnt she assist me again. Walks me over the kiosk to asssist me & tell her what i wanted & then proceeds to tell me i could press the screen myself. Which i assumed she was going to assist me since she was making it a thing. So i was being extra & said i thought you were going to help me not direct me like a child.. i understand the ussge of a kiosk if its busy etc. In this case the store was empty. Taking the order at the counter would have been the beat option instead of wasting both our times

I come to this location often and everytime time this one particular manager isĀ here all over the place aggressively speaking at people but what i just witness was really rude behavior i notice she always take care of door dashers orders fast and first but this one uber eats guy is always getting the short end of the stick she lags on his oders takes care of mostly everyone before him butĀ tonight i noticedĀ she couldn't find his order had him vary that he was at the right location had him wait then found it and instead of making everything fresh When he went back to his seat she re packed it and gave it to him hellll nah excuse my language but i think i am going to give this location a rest I would be furious if that was my food i can't even image how his customer felt and he's actually a nice and patient individual at least from what i see i think who ever reads this maybe u should too rest on this McDonald's location until they improve on their management staff and customer serviceĀ skills my day tends to start with a HAPPY BELLY first im pretty sure whomever got that order did not have a happy belly .

Horrible service! Waited over 15 minutes for a simple meal. Manager doing payroll while thereās customers waiting for their food. Employees Having side conversations, employee complaining about multiple orders coming in. This is not the first time I have waited longer than needed at a āfast foodā restaurant. People go to grab a quick lunch during their lunch break. Not sure if the poor manager was stuck with a full new staff but the lack of direction and rush to get orders through was a big inconvenience to my limited lunch time.
