I went in on Saturday around 10:30 a.m. for breakfast. The manager initially approached to take my order, and I let her know I had two mobile orders and also needed to place an additional order because I forgot my coffee. Instead of taking my order, she went to look for the mobile orders and then started helping other customers without coming back to me.
I was standing at the register first and waited about 5 minutes. When I approached again to place my order, she brushed me off and said she was helping someone else. Thankfully, another employee noticed, came over, took my order, and apologized for the manager’s behavior.
Unfortunately, this location is also consistently slow. Better customer service and organization would really improve the experience.

The night manager sucks she’s always getting my order wrong. This last time I waited for 15 minutes because she forgot I was in the drive thru. She’s not a good manager.

Fast service
I ordered food on the app and I go through the drive-thru and they tell me to go park in stall 1. I'm sitting there and I see the next 3 cars in the drive-thru all going to park in different stalls. We're all just sitting there and a McDonald's employee (guy) comes out and walks over to stall 4 and gives them a bag. The gentleman of that car is digging all around in the bag and says this isn't mines. The employee then takes the same bag and walks to my car and tries to give it to me as if I didn't see. I said no, I saw that guy digging in there, he said oh no he was just looking at the receipt. I'm like no I don't think so. As I sat there waiting another employee came out doing the same thing to another person in the stall. They were giving the food away to the wrong person. They should be asking what the name is before they just start giving them bags. It doesn't make any sense. Nobody wants anyone else digging around in their food. They need to get more organized.

Phenomenal experience customer service was impeccable at this specific McDonald's food was fresh hot and very tasty I wish I lived closer that would be my I only McDonald's I would go to

Visited this location today through drive-through with my grandson and purchased a happy meal and requested extra apple slices and a filet fish meal with light tartar sauce with a hot fudge sundae.
There were no apple slices in my grandson’s happy meal (none) and my filet fish had one drop of tartar sauce (was this supposed to be a joke).
When I pay my money, I expect my order to be correct and fast food establishments should implement some type of quality control to ensure orders are correct before giving to customers.
My five year old grandson said we shouldn’t go there anymore because they got both our orders wrong.
