Thank you so much for not checking that my order is complete before giving it to me!! I ordered the taquitos plate which is supposed to come with "creamy guacamole"! You hand me a tied up bag with my food I should be able to trust that it's complete! Who eats taquitos with no guacamole? Super disappointing, I drove 20 minutes each way to enjoy your food only to discover this when I get home. Wow!

We love this place but it seems like every time we come they’re closing. The website says 10, they tell us they close at 9. We got there at 8:30 & they were only taking orders to go. I think they need to change the times on their website even if they close at 9, 9 means 9 not 8:30!

Probably the worst Miguel Jr's I've ever been to. Staff is lazy and the customer service is non-existent. They are so skimpy with the portions and everything is always thrown together sloppily. They don't pay attention to mobile orders and just cancel the ones they don't want to do. I know this because it's happened to me three times now. You tell them you're there to pick up the order, they say call door dash, the. All of a sudden your order is canceled. So unprofessional, so rude. And I work in customer service so I don't take this lightly.

This is a long overdue review. I have been going to this location for a while now and I will continue to eat here because the food is always delicious and satisfying, but also the staff is always so nice and patient. The dining room is always clean and comfortable. I eat there about once every two weeks. So happy to be a regular customer.
Why is it that no one wants to do their job?I called in to do a phone order at my house, (10 mins away) and have enough time to get gas (15 mins max) and then pick up my order. (25 mins is sufficient)I waited twenty minutes before anyone even answered my phone call. When someone finally answered the lady was unsure If she could take phone orders. So she put me on , hold again and I waited another 5 minutes for her to come back and Say they are understaffed and not currently taking phone orders.Upon Arrival there was NO ONE In line ordering food at the speaker. I gave my order and pulled up. There was only one car in line picking up food.There were 3 ladies on drive thru. I don't understand how they were "understaffed". Expecally when 1 was leaning. In the service industry there is a saying.... if you have time to lean you have time to clean.Then I got my food and ordered tacos with no lettuce upon other item and what do I get lettuce. ?

I saw someone dipping their hands in the lemonade machine HOW NASTY. This place should be demolished. I would but negative zero stars if I could. I recommend canes

Stay far away from Overpriced and can't even get a simple order right. Ordered a large chunky guacamole and chips. Got home. NO GUACAMOLE. PITIFUL.
