My waffle was to big. Make it smaller and reduce the price. It was also so dry and dence that the syrup couldn't even penatrate it. On the other side the grits were fantastic. So was our server.

My wife and I were going to Denny's and we remembered it always smells like bathroom and chemicals as soon as you walk through the door so we decided to try Black Bear Diner across the street. What a wonderful surprise!! This place is awesome. Friendly staff, no wait, clean, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee was delicious and our food was so good!! We will never go the Denny's again. Highly recommend!!!

My brother and I plus our better halves visited this location tonight to celebrate his birthday.

When I called to see how busy they were, a young lady by the name of Abigail (Abby) answered the phone and quickly provided the Information I requested.

Then when we arrived at the restaurant, she happened to be our server. The entire time we were there, she was prompt, attentive to our needs and requests and super friendly. She epitomizes the perfect server in every way.

The atmosphere, service, food and overall visit was wonderful and we will definitely be back in the future. Kudos to Abby and the management for having such high standards with their staff! Thank you again for a wonderful evening.
