Oishii Sushi & Teriyaki

This place never fails at disappointing. No wonder it's always near empty.
Sushi roll was mushy and packed upside-down.
Udon soup broth tasted like pure warm water. $30 wasted.
I called to make the restaurant aware of the tasteless Udon soup and they didn't even offer to replace it, despite having just picked up my order less than 10 minutes prior.

The service here is going down. We came here an hour and a half before closing, ordered edamame which is complementary, and then being told After waiting for 30 mins and that they stopped serving it. Oh, really!! My husband's teriyaki chicken never came even after telling one of the main watresses that we had been waiting for 45 mins. She never went in the kitchen to check. I complained to the so-called manager, because we are regular customers and was told to sit by the sushi bar the next time and he will take care of us. What about right now! Take care of our how!! We are paying with our money like everyone else. I don't care about next time. We felt like we weren't being treated fairly. This is really disappointing considering how long we've been coming here.

Seriously such a great option. AYCE for $35 plus automatic 18% tip. Food and service is great! All the rolls are always yummy! Can't go wrong here!!

My family and I enjoy eating here as often as possible. You won't find a place with fresher fish, great service and friendly people. Highly recommend for your sushi dinning experience.

Terrible service? They brought out the food without Wasabi or ginger or drinks, took them 15 min to get it to the table after they brought food to the table

Nice decor little weird the table setup tbh but there's variety. Chairs had diff sizes so some didn't match all tables but it was ok. Enough space for wheelchair, bathroom was decently kept clean, a bit dim. Food was delicious and didn't get sick next day

Mediocre food, the sushi and miso soup do not taste good. Service is terrible, they don’t even acknowledge you and take forever to serve. Will not return.

The food was not bad. 18% tip for all you can eat mandatory, I did not mind that, I just wish the waiters did a better job. My husband and I waited a very long time for our food, never received our Mismo soup, and I had to share my water with my husband because the waiters barely came around. I accidentally dropped my napkin on the floor and my husband had to grab a napkin from the empty table next to us because the waiters only came to our table a few times. The waiters were nice, the atmosphere was clean and comfortable, I just wish the food came on time or the waiters came to check on us more.
