One of the worst dine-in experiences I've ever had. Food was fine and the staff were great, but after witnessing someone change a toddler's diaper on the table people eat at, I havent been able to eat here again.

I ordered my food online and got there little early so I was just waiting. the cashier was just separating the plastic bag. I was patiently waiting for my order and it started to take longer than it should and looks like there was 3 more orders that was already ready to get pick up. and the girl didn't even bother to call out the name that was on the counter so I went ahead and check my order and asked if it was under a different name and told her what was my name and showed her my phone and looks like i mispelled my first letter she said that's a whole different name lady obviously my first letter was just mispelled what do you mean a whole different name. what school did u go to?.. Next time you need to call out the name obviously you weren't paying attention to the orders. it's not like it's busy no one was in your store at 1715.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER A BIG MAN ALL SWEATY AND DIRTY CAME TO THE FRONT, WHILE A FEMALE AND A MALE WITH TWO YOUNGER FEMALES WERE ON THE COUNTER NOT ALLOWING PATRIANTS TO ORDER WHILE THE MAN BIG TALL SWEATY MAN WITH PLASTIC GLOVES USE HIS PHONE THEN TOUCHED THE CHICKEN TO WEIGHT IT OUT. Signing for their checks, a person calling her self Pricilla manager allowed all this, unprofessionalism of the worst kind, CANCELLED MY ORDER THIS PLACE IS GOING TO GET SOMEONE SICK, HORRIBLE HYGIENE!!!!!! DHOULD ALL BE FIRED. JUST ONE YOUNG LADY UNDERSTOOD I asked her name ANASTASIA YOU ARE AN AMAZING PROFESSIONAL YOU SHOULD MANAGE THIS PLACE.

Food was great, but they always take 30-45 min to get your food. I'm not sure if it's only at this location (Moreno Beach), but if you decide to order from here, I recommend you call it in advance. Otherwise, you'll be waiting and standing inside this hot restaurant. Oh, and that was my 2nd complaint..place has no ventilation/AC.

It's always quite in there,it was empty when I went to get my food. My family enjoys the taste of ono. It's always delicious

They don’t pick up their phone for orders, I watched them ignore the phone with only about 3 customers in store. They were laughing and not necessarily busy. I placed my order online, waited while they joked around and ignored the phone just for them to give me something I didn’t even order.

Personal in the front not good a customer service orders done are not in order they leave food seating on top of there ready for over 5 min letting it get cold

My husband ordered katsu chicken upon returning home he noticed it was teriyaki chicken. I called and spoke to both Audrey and Maria at the Lake Elsinore restaurant and they said that it was he ordered. In all the years we have been eating there we only order Katsu chicken. Audrey proceeded to tell me my husband was hard of hearing and that is what he ordered. Very disrespectful and unacceptable. I hope no one else has experienced this- need to train personnel! I will never go back to the Lake Elsinore restaurant!
