Ono Hawaiian BBQ

Came in early in the morning and the cooking oil was rancid all the fried food stank really bad. They had to do my order again but it still had that nasty rancid smell. They really need to change the oil more often.

Oh man, the food I ordered was so good. I happened to be driving by and I ended up picking this spot. I ordered the chicken katsu combo. Did not disappoint at all. The staff was great, I got there right before closing time.

One of the worst dine-in experiences I've ever had. Food was fine and the staff were great, but after witnessing someone change a toddler's diaper on the table people eat at, I havent been able to eat here again.

I ordered my food online and got there little early so I was just waiting. the cashier was just separating the plastic bag. I was patiently waiting for my order and it started to take longer than it should and looks like there was 3 more orders that was already ready to get pick up. and the girl didn't even bother to call out the name that was on the counter so I went ahead and check my order and asked if it was under a different name and told her what was my name and showed her my phone and looks like i mispelled my first letter she said that's a whole different name lady obviously my first letter was just mispelled what do you mean a whole different name. what school did u go to?.. Next time you need to call out the name obviously you weren't paying attention to the orders. it's not like it's busy no one was in your store at 1715.
