my husband and i like this place and prefer it over the la michocana chains. much better quality icecreams and palettas. and i LOVE their bionicos! we always go here when i have a bionico craving.

I would have given this place 5 stars because they truly are the best I've tried here in California, and I've been to several michoacanas. I even dare to say their fresas con crema was better than some I've had in actual Mexico! The customer service is always professional, and the ladies who work there are all sweet hearts. It's a clean place and I don't mind eating in with my kid. HOWEVER , if you are going to rent out their little paletero cart... make sure you get clear on prices on the rental. I was given a price amount over the phone and set up a date for pick up for my baby shower. I was unable to go since I was busy with preparations, so I sent my brother in law. He comes back and tells me he paid almost 3x more than what I had set up over the phone. I should have told him to not make the purchase if it was any different amount, but he paid anyways. Not his fault. But if I would have gone, I would have not continued with the purchase of paletas and rental. So fair warning ... just get clear with prices on that dang little carrito.

The first time I had Tostilocos was at the border of California and Baja Mexico about 20 years ago. This definitely brought back some memories of my youth lol. My tostilocos was packed with cucumbers, jicamas, pickled pork skins, Japanese peanuts, tamarind candy and Tostitos at the bottom. Chamoy sauce is poured on top with lime. I like adding cholula or tapatio sauce to mine to make it a little spicy.

Items are great but their speed to attend is terrible. Took about 10 minutes to get together some corn in a cup. The line is also long so be prepared to wait about 30 minutes to order, and another at least 15 - 30 minutes to get your items. Service can be faster but the staff is chit chatting and getting distracted. One of the staff members also looked very confused with everything that was ordered to her. Went on a Wednesday afternoon. Service could be so much better if you have more than just two distracted staff.
I love this place for a quick craving, I love their prepared corn in a cup but lately their corn has been super chewy. It feels liked it's been there for a long time or maybe from the day after. I think I've had about 4-5 in hopes it's different but it's been the same. :/ I'm hoping they see my review so something can be changed. I would hate not coming here for my corn. Everything else is always delicious that's why I gave a 4 :)

By far the best place in Moreno Valley for a mangonedq and tostilocos. I've tried other places and nothing compares. They never disappoint in taste and quality of their snacks and ice cream.
