Went on a drive thru and ordered a bigger plate. Before I drove off I check my order and notice they didn’t separate the 3rd main dish. I ask if they missed out something and informed I ordered a bigger plate and she just added the orange chicken there since I ordered 2 orange chicken and 1 sirloin steak. I check the inside it looks like they just serve me one orange chicken for main dish and then the lady then just said she’ll get me another one. Are they trying to scam me for paying a bigger plate and then just served me a plate instead? Panda Express please fix your servings.

Girl at the drive thru service gets an attitude because cannot find my order. She could not even get my name right. She should work in the kitchen and wouldn’t get annoyed with customers.
Came here yesterday with my gd and from the time we stepped in the door, we were greeted by this wonderful and nice older woman. While waiting for only about 2 mins, the young man with glasses acknowledged us while he was helping someone else. Leo was the last employee to help us out and she was very sweet and had great customer service. Food was bomb! I ordered chow mein, orange chicken, Kung pao check and teriyaki grilled chicken, wasn't a big fan of the teriyaki grilled chicken but everything else was great! My gf ordered fried rice, firecracker steak and shrimp and the string bean chicken, she loved it all! 10/10 would recommend :)
