On 12/11/2025 at 9:15 PM, I ordered a half-and-half meal with Broccoli Beef. The food I received was extremely disappointing the broccoli was soggy and tasted old, there was only one piece of beef, and I received no rice, only a small portion of chow mein. When I called Panda Express to address the issue, the customer service was unbelievably rude. The employee, Deanna, was disrespectful, and another male employee kept saying, “We’re unable to hear you, it’s breaking up,” then laughed and hung up on me multiple times. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Please be warned this location needs serious improvement in both food quality and customer service. This matter must be reviewed and addressed promptly. I have pictures as well.

I ordered the sesame shrimp and beef, I paid for that extra charge and they put only beef and green beans!!!! If you charge the food u need to respect the clients we paid for food. I m very disappointed with this food!!!!!!

This Panda is terrible at lunchtime. So many times I have had to wait 20-30 mins for my order, even when ordering ahead online. I have brought up this issue with management in the past, but nothing ever is improved. They have now lost my business.

They don’t put enough food it’s so messed up I went today I got food for my family and they put enough rice but they put two pieces of chicken and three pieces of broccoli for my grandmas plate and for my mom’s the girl didn’t even get my order right and same thing she skimped me out, this is INSANE PANDA DO BETTER.

Worst experience here with some of this people struggling to getting my order right.. either she can’t read right or just playing dumb.. managers need to get on some of their petty employees. What’s the point of accumulating reward points for free stuff through their Panda Express app if they aren’t going to honor it. Dont recommend this Panda Express.

Well it's Saturday, 10:30am. Ordered on the app to save time as I have a busy day. Received a text stating the order was ready. I arrived 10:40am dining room locked, all doors. THE EMPLOYEES ARE LOOKING AT ME TRYING TO OPEN THE DOOR AND WON'T MOVE THEIR BUTT TO OPEN IT. We go through the drive thru and shocking, the food isn't ready. Never again.

This is the fourth time that they miss things that I order and I’m honestly upset because they always tell you that everything is in the bag and they are always wrong . 1 time is understandable but 4 times is insane. I’m literally just losing money going to this place.
