Extremely poor customer service. I called to check if they take credit cards before I drove to their location (at Iris location and they stopped taking credit cards). The female who answered the phone the barely let me get a word out, then hung up on me. Tried to call back numerous time with no answer.

Love this place. We would like to sit and enjoy the food but this location is always super cold! Can’t stand it, had to leave as soon as we get our food! Ask the cashier and said they don’t have control of that! They can’t do anything about it!

I just got home from ordering I. The drive thru. I ordered the bigger plate , orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and broccoli beef . Seriously super disappointed. There was no beef AT ALL not one piece. I called to complain and they won’t pick up the phone . So this is my next option because not going to drive 2 miles back for the BEEF. Shame on whoever served my Togo order. I guess next time I’ll have to heck the box since o can’t depend on employees to do a simple job . ?

I placed an online order and I ordered 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 chow mein and teriyaki chicken and kung pao chicken and the other order was 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 chow mein and hot ones chicken and string bean chicken. When I looked at my ordered there were 2 orders of 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 chow mein and teriyaki chicken and kung pao chicken. Even the sticker on the plate said 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 chow mein and hot ones chicken and string bean chicken but it was wrong. Them panda workers be lazy and the panda wasn’t even busy. Don’t place online orders with panda or if you do… check the food before you leave to see if it’s right.

I ordered a catering up to $125.46 and second order with extra sides . I was planning a birthday party catering order, and when it came to picking up the order, I was "directed" around by the manager as if I was her employee on what was " my order" when I specified that my order wasn't complete since I was waiting on my last order and turns out my order was behind her all along and she didn't even have the decency to apologize for her cheeky attitude. Very unprofessional for such a known brand of fast food.
Worst experience ever!!! Messed up my order, small food portions. Came back to get that fixed and tasted the food it was gross. I can tell they don’t throw out the food after a certain amount of time. It was old and tasted horrible. To top that off rude customer service. Worst Panda Express go to another one.

This restaurant is a robbery, every time you go you order a drink and in the end they cancel your drink, and they want to charge you taxes again... apart from that, the staff's attention is a disaster, the headphones don't work, if you don't check the food, you will always need something, they should hire better staff, and I do not recommend coming to this restaurant, for me I would not give them one star, I do not recommend this place

Went here 2 weeks ago and ordered to go. Fast service, food is ok except for the fried rice which was not fully cooked. Tbh, this happened to me with two other branches. For an Asian chain, you'd think they would know how to cook rice properly ? Portion size for the price is also not that good anymore. If you're in Moval, I recommend going to ChinaOne instead. Service is not their forte but they are reasonably priced. Also food is cook-to-order and better quality.
