Well it's Saturday, 10:30am. Ordered on the app to save time as I have a busy day. Received a text stating the order was ready. I arrived 10:40am dining room locked, all doors. THE EMPLOYEES ARE LOOKING AT ME TRYING TO OPEN THE DOOR AND WON'T MOVE THEIR BUTT TO OPEN IT. We go through the drive thru and shocking, the food isn't ready. Never again.

Love this place. We would like to sit and enjoy the food but this location is always super cold! Can’t stand it, had to leave as soon as we get our food! Ask the cashier and said they don’t have control of that! They can’t do anything about it!

Phenomenal work today I'm very pleased to have been given great service. I asked if they can make me fresh honey walnut shrimp (cause I like it crispy) although they did initially make a new batch recently 5 minutes ago They didn't question it but told me it'll be a wait brought it out with a greeting and a have a nice day food was good portion was medium but the attitude topped having an excellent grade overall unlike other pandas I've been to
