The store says opens at 9:30am on Monday through Friday I came on a Monday it’s 1030 and the still not open. I’m knocking on the door and the worker just looks at me and continues to look busy on the phone when I called the phone. No one answers cause she’s clearly on the other line and didn’t answer.

Good is always cooked great but the last two times I’ve been here service has been terrible. I Order through the app and it says it’s ready but I get there and my food is sitting in the back of the counter for 15+ mins. Last time it took 30+ mins. Heavily understaffed as all the employees were cordial and helpful.

What disappointment. The moment I walked through the door, I was told.. No credit cards, order online. So after reading reviews for this location, it's an omen not to eat here... hair and bugs in food... gross! My family won't be back anytime soon.

Not sure what this is but I ate half my plate and found something unusual. I looked and looked and found these on my food. I really can't say what it is but they appear to be tiny worms with a pinkish head. Pretty upset and I'm really grossed out, I hope I don't become sick. I won't even bother calling them, I don't live nearby and I don't want a free meal from them. Just beware and inspect your food.

Order lunch here today. They gave us a tablespoon of food for each one of these orders. The quantities are abysmal and the prices are ridiculous. I'm never eating here again

The food was very enjoyable, until i noticed two pieces of hair intertwined with my chow mein. I got a refund but regardless it was very gross. My server Isabella made it a very difficult process for my refund and by the end of our interaction, she was extremely rude and impatient. She shoulder checked me as well. Very hostile .
