Good is always cooked great but the last two times I’ve been here service has been terrible. I Order through the app and it says it’s ready but I get there and my food is sitting in the back of the counter for 15+ mins. Last time it took 30+ mins. Heavily understaffed as all the employees were cordial and helpful.
The food was very enjoyable, until i noticed two pieces of hair intertwined with my chow mein. I got a refund but regardless it was very gross. My server Isabella made it a very difficult process for my refund and by the end of our interaction, she was extremely rude and impatient. She shoulder checked me as well. Very hostile .
I was pleasantly surprised that the place was so clean, and the staff was still looking over every store nook and crevice to make sure that everything was perfect. The food was fresh, counters clean, staff was friendly.
