Love this Panera! So close to home food ready with one click away! The staff is really accommodating and really friendly. They really take the Panera standard to the highest level and do it professionally! I had an issue with an order but was accommodated promptly. Shout out to Sid and team at the cactus location!

Don't go here unless your staff or someone who is currently paying to be at the hospital. As we walked in to try to order the security guard rudely asked if we had a badge. I let her know we just wanted to order food and she said we can't. Said the only way to order is through a 3rd party "delivery service" or you have to work here to order.

Nice place inside the hospital to get some coffee and decent food. Yes, they have the coffee machines outside so you can choose your own coffee. Sadly, we had some issues getting our order at a good time, but I would go back again.
