Cynthia the manager at this location has a really bad attitude problem which in turn transfers over to the workers having a bad attitude. They need new management or at the very least training on how to treat customers, she and her employee who has to be her daughter because they look alike sprinkle the smallest amount of toppings and give you attitude when you ask for more this place used to be great for the family but two bad apples can really ruin a great business.

BEWARE!!! IF YOU ORDERED ONLINE AT 10AM 4/23/24 DO NOT EAT THE PIZZA!!! The employee was not sanitary when cutting the pizza and making dough for the online orders, her bare hands and shirt touched the pies. So if you ordered around 10am and got cauliflower crust or regular with green onions or mushrooms I'd ask for a refund also. AGAIN DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER DURING MORNING SHIFT! Cynthia and Dianne are the two most awful employees employed at this Pieology. I come here often and this is the first time in years I've gone around brunch hours (10:30am) Tuesday during their shift. I was not greeted instead as I silently stood in line waiting I was told "I have online orders, you have to wait" BY THE STORE MANAGER instead of, "Good morning I'll be right with you" or something someone who values their customer would say. I proceed to wait 15 minutes while they prepare 3 pizzas and 1 salad which is understandable but with two employees one should have been able to assist in-store customers while the other takes care of online orders but still no problem. I proceed to order my Pizza (which I was given a poor attitude by the manager through the whole pizza making process) then pay. I'm still smiling and being polite because I get it, you work fast food it's the hardest job in America next to being a Neurosurgeon life must suck FOR YOU. While I wait I ask for a complimentary water cup (3oz dentist cup) in which I get water but the employee accuses me of getting a fountain drink mind you they offer a free perk of a fountain drink with custom pizzas so if I wanted one I would have just got one with my pizza or paid for it NOT GET A SIP FROM A TINY CUP. I then go to show the employee my WATER to which she rolls her eyes so I had to stand up for myself and politely ask for a refund. Night shift's staff is completely different it's sad because they lost a long time customer. Once I cash in my points I'll never eat here again. Guess I'll buy the Pizzano Pizza stone machine from TikTok and make my own from now on you should too until Pieology turns into BLAZE Pizza.

This is why I just use meal deliveries for food. I decide to go in to wait for my Pizza since I was in the area. The young African American kid tells me I can't sit and wait in the lobby and to go stand by the entrance.Then he gives me my order and it's not even remotely close to what I ordered.Just do your job and stop worry about me trying to sit on a chair and wait. If you were more worried about your job I'd have the correct order but instead you were worried about me sitting on a chair to wait. If y'all close at 11 then close at 11.I won't give y'all my money anymore.

Came in with the wife and notice how diligent and hard both of the employees were working. Our food came out perfect and tasted wonderful. The service was also very delightful. Thank you guys!

Honestly the best customer service and the best location I've gone to so far. I left them a really good tip. They follwed every detail perfectly. Will definitely return to this location even tho I live in Perris. Prefer this one over the terrible Perris one.

Pizzas had undercooked dough near the middle on both pizzas. The cashier did not understand what "Only Ranch" meant and was given stuff that changed the flavor. Only solution she offered was "I can pick it off the pizza."

The pizza assembler was courteous. The one positive. Tables were dirty and I had to clean them myself with hand sanitizer. The amount of cheese they put on the pizza was laughable. When I asked for more, I was told they weren't allowed to add more. I told them I was willing to pay extra, the manager said they couldn't because they were low on cheese. This is the second time I was here and I was told the same thing. Thinking they may be told to respond in kind to limit expense...but what is pizza without cheese? Stick with Blaze Pizza. Was much better!

The restaurant did not have a dining table that was cleaned. I had to put hand sanitizer on it just to eat my pizza. In preparation of the pizza, I asked for a little extra cheese because I saw that the amount used was extremely sparse. The person working told me that they could not add more because they were running out of cheese! How do you prepare a pizza without enough cheese? They should not even be open for business if they are out of stock on ingredients! I'll take my business back to Mod pizza! Also their beverage area was dirty and dry meaning the ice tea and other self serve beverage options other than coke was empty!
It's the second time I've gone and what I like most is that you can assemble your pizza with the ingredients you like the most and they are super delicious ? plus very good service from the guys. 100% ?

I brought my kids here after being on the road for a few hours since we are from out of town. My husband used to live in this area and always recommended Pieology so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, this certain location didn't meet our expectations. The workers were very awkward and rude honestly seeming to be under the influence of something. The pizza was so burnt and when we wanted to ask if they could fix it, we realized they were ALL in the back and had been back there for a good 10-15 minutes or so. Finally when someone came out they remade the pizza and the dough was still sticky and raw while the bottom was burnt again. My poor kids were starving that's the only reason we actually stayed.
