This place is going down hill for the past few months. I ordered a pan crust pizza but instead got a thin crust pizza that was not fully cooked. Not the first time I have an issue with my food here.

Ordered delivery. Pizza Hut no longer deliver themselves but use door dash. Door dash took the food and never delivered it, the door dash driver wouldn't answer calls or texts.

I ordered the 16 pcs bnls wings and fries. They barely put any sauce on, I asked for more and the manager Caesar told me they charge $1.25 for extra. I didn't need extra, I wanted the amount it comes with. He seemed really sour. Got home fries we're really soggy. This is the worst pizza hut. Bad management, inconsistent quality and quantity.

ONE CENT, ONE PENNY. I can’t believe the girl was not going to give me my pizza because I was one cent short. She stood there and looked at me and when I told her I didn’t have the penny she continued to stand there and look at me. I had to ask the other employees there if I could have one cent. And the cook came to my rescue. The panther girl hands me my pizza and the one at the register lifts her head up and start laughing. That’s the most racist thing in the world to do. I’m tired of Hispanic people treating black people so badly. We literally support you and never been against any of you. And this is what we get in return. ONE Lousy CENT..

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and sausage, and the sausage was missing, but I was charged for the sausage.Before eating it with my family, I tried calling the store over three times and it sounded like someone picked up and then hung up on me.I wouldn't be complaining if I was not charged for the sausage, but I was, and their customer service is non-existent.This is why I never order pizza from Pizza Hut. I always go with Domino but wanted to try something different last night.I am going to stick to Dominos. pizza better imo.

THEY DON'T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!!! They don't read the instructions on how to slice your Pizza, and if they do they cut it after making The regular Slices, so the pizza ends up being Irregularly Cut.

Fast service, been coming here a couple times, my pizzas and the dinner box orders always come out hot and fresh and tasty, the employees sure know how to make good pizza in this location im going to keep coming here in general for the quality of service and great food!

Ordered a carry out pizza.The dough was too soft - not cooked enough. So we put the whole pizza in our oven and cooked it for 5 extra minutes.Pizza Hut needs to pay me for doing their job and using my electricity!!!!

I changed my review from 1 star to zero because my ordered was changed with out my consent and I was over charged. I ordered a big dinner box for 26.99 with delivery fee and tax it came up to 38.54 they charged me 46.00 and brought me two medium pizzas instead. Like are you serious. That is unacceptable.
