I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and sausage, and the sausage was missing, but I was charged for the sausage.Before eating it with my family, I tried calling the store over three times and it sounded like someone picked up and then hung up on me.I wouldn't be complaining if I was not charged for the sausage, but I was, and their customer service is non-existent.This is why I never order pizza from Pizza Hut. I always go with Domino but wanted to try something different last night.I am going to stick to Dominos. pizza better imo.

THEY DON'T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!!! They don't read the instructions on how to slice your Pizza, and if they do they cut it after making The regular Slices, so the pizza ends up being Irregularly Cut.

Everything was overcooked and dry as hell. The pizza was overcooked barely had sauce. The cheese sticks were hard as hell and the Italian pasta was overcooked and barely sauced. They should've been embarrassed to serve that mess to

Ordered a carry out pizza.The dough was too soft - not cooked enough. So we put the whole pizza in our oven and cooked it for 5 extra minutes.Pizza Hut needs to pay me for doing their job and using my electricity!!!!

I changed my review from 1 star to zero because my ordered was changed with out my consent and I was over charged. I ordered a big dinner box for 26.99 with delivery fee and tax it came up to 38.54 they charged me 46.00 and brought me two medium pizzas instead. Like are you serious. That is unacceptable.

Horrible service hungry customer that never got any order and was just ask yo place again I’m home waiting for the pizza. Thinking it’s on the way. I work graveyard shift. I haven’t gone to sleep. I’m waiting to eat and after two hours. I didn’t get any calls except missed calls that didn’t. make my phone ring phone didn’t ring did nothing I was here just waiting like the tracking said and I keep on waiting for the delivery I called back and wasn’t givin a second thought I’m literally down the street from Pizza Hut no ensentive or even a I apologize for that I am so upset I didn’t want to yell at the employee so I just told them they should have a nice day. I’m so upset though. I’m still hungry and now I’m furious I didn’t want to complain. I just feel wrong and helpless. Thanks for having somewhere I can write something so it looks like somebody heard:(

Terrible customer service. I ordered on the app and got a confirmation then received an email saying an error occurred and had to call the store. When I called and explained what had happened the guy who answered clearly found me in the computer because he new my name and email address but couldn't give me the same deal that I would've gotten through the online ordering, it's not my fault that the app or website isn't working. I know it's also not his fault but other pizza places that deliver will give you the same deals when you have to call in the order when the app is crap(Roundtable)

pizza hut is always good! i love the reward program! i use this location a lot it's close and convenient. Service is exceptional, pizza always hot and just the way i ordered. Nice location, close to one of my faves stores.
