Kid of bad experience ordering over the phone. You think you are calling the store to place order but in reality you just calling another call center who knows where. Place an order and somehow someone went in asking to pick up the order using specifically my name. At least we got a new order but we had to wait an extra 20 minutes. People at the store had no idea what was going on neither the service call center; again (who knows where). Can’t imagine what happens if somehow your card info gets compromised in any way, who will be helping you with that.

I like this location because its close and convenient. But lately the taste of the pizza has been bad. It seems like they use way too much yeast in the dough. Which gives the pizza a sour and alcohol taste and smell.I will be buying pizza elsewhere from now on.

The new Big New York pizza is great. The delivery was on time, just as tracked. The delivery driver was pleasant. My only complaint is all the fees. My $15.99 pizza was over $30 once fees, tax and tip were added. I used to order 2-3 x per month. This was the rare occasion I ordered. It's been more than 6 months, maybe even a year, since I ordered. The fees are just too much.
