The new Big New York pizza is great. The delivery was on time, just as tracked. The delivery driver was pleasant. My only complaint is all the fees. My $15.99 pizza was over $30 once fees, tax and tip were added. I used to order 2-3 x per month. This was the rare occasion I ordered. It's been more than 6 months, maybe even a year, since I ordered. The fees are just too much.

The reason why we switched is because this store still has curb delivery service. My wife and I are handicapped and getting out of the car, negotiating the parking lot, other people and carrying the pizza back is a big deal for us. The crew is right there when we hit the "arrived" link and always have big smiles. Which is also why we always hit the "tip link" in the checkout. BTW, ordering and paying on the app is easy and the pizza tastes great.

I'm not sure if it's new management, equipment or employees but we have order here the last 3 times and the food was delicious. There has definitely been some sort of improvement and the delivery drivers are so kind and professional. Thanks for the change at this location ?
