My first time here. My pancake breakfast was delicious. I was a little disappointed with the coffee, too watered down and they only checked on us once for a coffee refill. otherwise the day and time we went; it was not too crowded but noisy enough to capture the attention of my 5mos old granddaughter. I was disappointed by the parents who let their child run from one end to the other while servers are going by with food and coffee. The server was very nice, but maybe because my family was in conversation, she didn't check on us when it mattered (fresh coffee). We bought cookies on the way out. delicious snickerdoodles! I will come back because the food was good and im sure the server would have poured fresh coffee if I caught her.
there pies r the best
POLLY’S is very much one of my FAVORITE places to eat. If it’s lunch or dinner. All of their food is
Over The Moon delicious. I went late in the day a few days ago, the parking lot was very FULL. But I knew there would be a table.
Great pick up experience
Franci is a great waitress! Polly's is somewhere between a diner and a home style restaurant. There are a few random Hawaiian offerings. I went for classic diner food with a pot pie and slice of pie combo - both were good. Got a piece of their special Hawaiian pie to take home and it was amazing. Also they serve coffee that's roasted locally.
Yummy desserts
Get the Boysenberry
I go almost every time I visit my granddaughter in MV. The staff are polite and helpful, the food is fantastic, and the variety is awesome. I've never left there disappointed. Plus, each time, I have to buy plenty of treats like cookies and pies to take home. 😋
Affordable prices and friendly staff

We went for my daughter's birthday, my daughter shows her that she has something free for her birthday, the waitress doesn't even see it properly, she just tells her, you give it to me at the end and we finish eating and the waitress says you have 4 feet for free, when you pay it turns out The coupon was expired and Santos arrives, I think it's the manager and says there's nothing you can do, the coupon is expired and I told him what happened and it was worth it and he charged me the entire bill, a really bad day, because they are not aware of their responsibility to look closely at the coupon and tell us hey, it's already expired.
I went specifically to buy an apple pie and it was not cooked well, and the woman who served me was very rude.
We sat for almost 45 minutes waiting on battered cod and a turkey patty poly melt. They didn't have the beer advertised. When the food came out I was told they didn't have turkey pattys. My wife's lemons had strawberry juice on them. The waitress was lovely wasn't her fault. We sent back all the food, they didn't charge us for the beer and tea, and we tipped the waitress.
