I was a little disappointed with the coffee, too watered down and they only checked on us once for a coffee refill. otherwise the day and time we went; it was not too crowded but noisy enough to capture the attention of my 5mos old granddaughter. Franci is a great waitress! Polly's is somewhere between a diner and a home style restaurant. There are a few random Hawaiian offerings. I went for classic diner food with a pot pie and slice of pie combo - both were good. Got a piece of their special Hawaiian pie to take home and it was amazing. Also they serve coffee that's roasted locally.
