I asked my friend “Why would eat hotel tacos if I was in California?” I was in a pinch after a slight emergency and this was the only place I had the energy to go to. The tacos are fantastic. Every type of meat was tender and flavourful. Service was kind and friendly. I tried to stop myself from ordering another large portion. These aren’t hotel tacos. These are authentic tacos made in a hotel. Delicious.

I find it to be a highly clean and relaxing stay for business. Great service and delicious brkfast. Adding my own personal touch and recreating a personal space helped to make it feel more like home, especially for a 3-week stay. Thank you!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was in working order. The breakfast was difficult due to allergies. The only thing I could eat was the sausage, bacon would have made it a little better..

The ambiance is so relaxing and peaceful and the room is so clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying at the Ayres whenever I’m in Riverside California. The staff are very professional and very pleasant whenever I check in, and they make me feel very comfortable.

1. You HEAR EVERTHING at this hotel; light or medium sleepers bring earplugs. 2. Inconsistent WATER TEMP IN SHOWER...like cold showers ? 3. Staff (some) inappropriate and/ or unhelpful. Insist on getting names. ASK questions and bring ANYTHING to their attention ASAP. This hotel has poor insulation. You can hear EVERYTHING ....people walking, talking, showers etc. Every day 'regular' sounds are magnified. Therefore, loud conversations and crying infants you hear all the more. I rented two rooms and we all had this experience. At check-in we were given rooms on different floors (had minors) . I was told there were no more rooms available on the same floor. The young woman gave NO INFORMATION....the type you expect at check-in. I had to ask about breakfast, etc. We weren't even told where the elevators were. Five minutes or less after finishing with this young lady an older gentleman came to the front desk. I approached and asked about the possibility of same floor rooms the following night. He immediately gave me 2 rooms on the SAME FLOOR; he said openings became available. Honestly, I hadn't even left the front desk area....it was that quick and I was able to get same floor rooms. Limited hot water in shower in 2nd floor room. When complaint was made 2nd night, PM Front Desk person (N.), asked "why didn't you say anybefore?" He advised my sister there was nothing he could do, it was a maintenance issue for the morning. It took a 2nd call from me ( I had to press the individual to get a name other than front desk) and the individual while not overtly rude was dismissive and in a hurry to end the call. This individual called me back in about 5 minutes saying they could reduce the bill by $45. My family member did not complain 1about the cold shower the 1st night thinking this was a fluke....heavy usage at one time etc. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that had issues with hot showers. Oddly enough, the hot water from sinks in BOTH rooms was VERY hot; hotter than in shower. I cannot see myself staying at this hotel again. Unfortunately, I'll have to find another when I visit. If the staff ( in particular 'N.' from the front desk had been more accomodating and apologetic FROM the START, and not later after his name was obtained, I may have considered this hotel in the future.

This was our 2nd time staying here. The prior time (in February, 2022) was just for my hubby & me. This time it was a family getaway. The room and in-room bathroom were clean, comfortable, attractive and relaxing. The pool, jacuzzi, and pool area were clean and great temperatures. The pool area (patio) had relaxing chairs as well as a nice table with seats. I appreciate that there was shade provided. On the down side, there were no towels out there and no one informed us (and there was no signage, etc.) to let us know we had to get towels from the front desk for the pool area each time. Also, the key pad to the pool area did not work from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. because the staff/management failed to adjust it according to the current time(s) (and the time change occured over a month ago (on March 12th). So, I was disappointed that I only had a short time Sunday morning to use the facilities (instead of the posted hours). The gym appeared clean (although we just walked through it to the pool area and did not use it). The (included) breakfast was good and had a variety of options. Our family has stayed in at least 3 other hotels in Moreno Valley, California and this is the best out of them. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were spectacular. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with excellent amenities and room service. Our room was cleaned beyond our expectations everyday as we stayed there a week. Close by shopping, Macy's, Starbucks and a local mall. Safe environment and family friendly. The breakfast every morning was a pleasant experience also. A+. Sandra, one of the front hotel staff was so helpful with a dilemma and accommodated all of my needs. Thank you so much.
great place! I've been here before and will be back again. very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. the rooms are clean and comfortable and there is many options for food in the area and shopping close by.

Not a good experience. We spent Christmas 2022 at Ayres. The rooms were not as advertised or as indicated on the reservation confirmation. Management was not on duty to take concerns and did not follow up when they returned after the holiday as promised. It is now January 2023 and we have yet to have heard from Management.
