By far the worst Popeyes location in the IE. Do yourself a favor and go to another location

Does not have food prepared in a timely manner. Manager is rude. Does not care if the customer is hungry.

I ordered through the app and it was ready when I got there. I ordered 2x half-gallons of tea and they made it fresh for me!

Takes about 10 minutes for each person to put in an order. Takes even longer to get your food. Cashiers are all rude for no reason. They will put on the app that your order is ready and once you get to the drive thru they ask you to park in front, just to wait 20 minutes to actually get the order that was supposably ready. Lastly for some reason they never put your sauce in the bag. Have had to walk in everything to get the sauce. Then they act so stingy with the sauces, like there rationing them. Service use to be so good, I don't know what happened but it's so bad now.

They have 2 people working and only tending to the drive thru. 5 people including myself have been waiting and haven't even been told anything. It's been 20 minutes standing here waiting. They really need to get into gear and get more help.

Hands down best chicken in town!! Don’t bother with kfc!! This place is bomb as can be!! Can’t fail to mention the service is great! Shout out to Selmira and her crew!

Food is great, just the whole order on a kiosk. And when you go up and ask for condiments or anything it's like pulling teeth.
Best go thru drive thru.
