Worst Popeyes, got the 3 piece combo almost 20 dollars and every single one of the 3 pieces was basically all none hardly any chicken, massive rip off and the customer service at this store in particular is awful. Worth the drive to go somewhere else, do not give this place money.

The chicken wings are getting smaller and smaller, the chicken legs are also smaller, and the chicken pieces in the sandwich are small and thin, not as good as before. It's getting worse and worse. I won't be coming next time! It's really unpalatable!
Today I went in and ordered a 3 piece meal and had to wait some time. But a employee by the name Lizbeth really went above and beyond for me. I was waiting for some time and she was very apologetic about the wait and insured me they would be with me shortly. She even went as far as upgrading my meal because i had to go park and wait for the chicken to be done. Her attitude was so energetic and gave off so much cheer that it radiated to me and my family. My kids even stopped the ruckus in the back to mention how amazing Lizbeth was. Overall an amazing experience all because of the extra mile taken by this team member. If there was some sort of employee recognition it should without a doubt go to her. 100000000% coming back just because of her. Good job on choosing this hire Popeyes.

Awful service. No app notification my order was ready, and when I showed up, my food was lukewarm and the shrimp were cold. I asked for a manager, who told me they “don’t start orders until you arrive” and that they had no control over notifications. Both were false. If management is making excuses instead of fixing problems, the whole location is poorly run.
Took almost an hour and I had to say something for them to prepare order. Got order wrong anyways in the end.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent decline in food and service quality at my local Popeyes. My family has been a loyal customer for years and we prefer to support local businesses, but our recent experiences have been very frustrating.
Unfortunately, my last few visits have been marked by significant issues with order accuracy and a lack of accountability from the management team. On our most recent visit, we had to drive back to the store to get the rest of our order, which was incomplete.
To make matters worse, when we tried to call the store to resolve the issue, we were told by the manager on duty, Esmeralda, that the phone number on our receipt is associated with a phone that employees are instructed not to answer. This lack of a working customer service channel is very concerning and only adds to the frustration of an already poor experience.
While my family and I would prefer to continue giving our business to your restaurant, our patience is wearing thin. If these issues are not addressed promptly, we will have no choice but to take our business elsewhere, such as to our local Chick-fil-A.
I urge you to take these concerns seriously. I believe that addressing these quality control and management issues is essential to prevent further loss of loyal customers. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I order $7.99 chicken wings buy one get one free I never got my the other chicken wings free only got one order i also noticed one of my wings was eating on it look like someone took a bite then flip the wings over. I also waited in the drive thru over 30 minutes the worker there act like there are slow in the brain dump

They gave me 5 wings in one of my 6 pieces and the other one had like a drizzle of sauce not cool man
5 star is for Mario... the boy got you if you need something nice guy ... if you wanna talk talk to him and she manager too

They have a new family deal. 12 tenders, 4 Sides and 4 drinks for $30. Great deal.
The most expensive chicken tenders I have ever rated! $15 for 5 piece tenders!? Ridiculous.

I was trying to find a phone number so I could call the manager and let him know that the service was fast and the food was great!!!! Thank yoy
They didn’t want to make my order the way I ordered it on the app. I put I wanted leg and thighs on the app but when I got there, they started to say they couldn’t do it. They took 10 minutes just standing to tell me that. As soon as they told me they weren’t going to give me leg and thighs my order was ready . I saw it took them a minute to make it. They made me wait because they didn’t want to make the order like I paid for.
Staff is pretty friendly but unfortunately ive come 5 times to this popeyes and 4x they've messed up my order. Usually its my sides that are always wrong. I decided to give them one more chance but again (even after I tried my best to politely remind them that ive had issues with the wrong sides before) I got the wrong sides once again. Im not sure what the issue is since I order from the app so it cant be that im not being clear on in the drive through. I dont ever take the time to leave poor reviews but it is just starting to get frustrating as one of the sides is the only thing one of my children will eat from this place so when we dont get it its a major problem when we get home.
Porcha made the line move fast. She is extremely friendly & helps with coupons. Drive-thru is hard, listening to two people at the same time & getting those condiments right! She makes it look easy.
